cdevaney, could you please put the participant list in order of draft picks in the OP?
This came up yesterday. The reason I didn't do it was because the order will change every round. The OP is already going to be super huge with a list of everyone's picks, all of the bands that have been picked and each round's order so I thought that just having the draft order listed at the start of each round would be easiest.
I could delete the list of everyone's picks and post the current round there instead and just post a comprehensive list at the end. Nobody spoke up at the time so I was keeping it status quo. Is it better for everyone the current way or dumping the alphabetical list with selections?
(I know, the ideal solution is to put the list in draft order with selections but as I found when the previous trade happened, it's a pain in the ass to start shifting things all over the place, especially on my phone.)

Alternate solution: In the OP, include the link to the draft order post. That way it won't add a bunch of length to the OP, but we can still easily navigate to the draft post without searching throughout the thread.

Besides, it'll great having my name at the top.
I was hoping I was going to be able to make my first pick tonight. Not sure if that will happen.

I like Jaz's idea. It's effective and requires very little work by me. OP updated. Thanks, Jaz!

I'm going to select THE Arcade Fire here. I'm on the way to a night of debaucherous drinking and buttsecks now, so I cannot post a video, but if you really NEED a why, look up any performance of "wake up" ever. That song is the anthem of my generation.
PS: I would've selected them at my original pick too.

I have a buttload that I could go with here that are pretty evenly ranked for me (I had hoped for The Clash to still be here) but I decided to go with a more senior band. I'm surprised that they fell here but I'm sure that their more recent performances (and CSI affiliation) have hurt their legacy a bit. I still think that they have a phenomenal catalog.

Jimi at 12 surprises me more for the drop, but great pick for sure
Yeah, I probably picked them a bit high, but I didn't know if I'd be able to snag them by the time I got to pick again. I had considered The Who, but I'm really just making my team according to my personal tastes, and they dictate that Jimi gets the nod.

Jimi was the only thing that a shot of pulling me from floyd. I didn't think would slip out of top 10
The subjective nature of this is interesting to me. I only had five acts from the top of my board gone when I picked and three of the picks weren't in my top fifty.

I've gone back and forth a couple of times, and even though this may be cheating a bit, I'm taking Prince and the Revolution. Adding the Revolution is the shameless plot to get my favorite artist ever in this draft.

I thought we couldn't do solo artists, or bands solo artists are in that are basically just their band? I personally would like to formally complain and believe that the last pick was not valid.
In only half serious btw, I just almost chose the same thing but didn't only because I felt it clearly didn't fit the rules.
