i really had no idea about the distaste towards the arctic monkeys on here until the band draft, i personally think they're pretty good.
I don't think anyone arguing how good they are, it's really if they are worthy of a top 6 draft. I'd probably pick them up in like the 10th round or some shit. Kinda like how I picked toe., even though they could be a UDFA as someone said, I think they've done a lot for music, albeit they have no notoriety.

Also, I'm likely to vet for a band with Thom Yorke and James Murphy over my own band. Nicely done. I had contemplated doing something trip-hop based with Thom.

The pool of elite drummers is large. The amount of knowledge the voters have on that pool is what you need to take into consideration. Buddy Rich is fantastic. Fantastic doesn't even do it justice. An innovator and a pioneer to modern drummers and a huge inspiration to my own craft. However there are so many more versatile drummers who now exist. GOAT? In some ways yes, but in some no.
