On first glance through the list, it definitely caught my eye that Slack has both LCD and Radiohead, which are two big +s IMO, but I don't think his other 3 are strong enough to garner my vote.
I mean, ok. I picked six; forgetting Wilco is cool or whatever. /s
I could not in good conscious cast a vote for Green Day. Sorry, your lineup was stellar otherwise. Well, I was a bit iffy on Sex Pistols as well.
And CCR...barf.
But your top 3 are strong for sure.
What exactly am I voting for? What I'd rather see the most, or what would sell the most tickets?
I looked at the draft as selecting the most historically and musically significant acts, not necessarily my favorites or populist juggernauts.
Creating a fest lineup would be a different strategy of drafting and drafting based on ticket sales would mean a bunch of lowest common denominator bullshiz like arena butt rock and boy bands.

I'd make a Losing My Edge joke here but I already did when I made the pick.
No need to get sassy. But honestly I forgot to mention Wilco because that's exactly how I feel about them - don't love em, don't hate em...they're just kinda forgettable IMO
Considering you've found the need to respond to my threads as if you are threatened by me I offer you some peace my confused counterpart. May you find peace in your restless soul.

My votes:
carini12 R1 Pink Floyd R2 Phish R3 Allman Brothers Band R4 Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons R5The Four Tops R6 Chicago (via trade)
Because you had the courage to pick Phish, but Pink Floyd and ABB are objectively solid picks, and I love you picked The Four Tops.
cdevaney R1 The Who R2 The Band R3 The Beastie Boys R4 The Replacements R5 Duran Duran R6 Bad Brains
Because it's a great variety of objectively important acts. And The Band in particular is one of my favs.
Katy Mae R1 Talking Heads R2 Sly & the Family Stone R3 Iron Maiden R4 Diana Ross & the Supremes R5 The Cars R6 Devo
Because Talking Heads, and the rest again are a great variety of objectively excellent acts. Personally could have done without The Cars but I understand their popularity.
Cap'n Mac R1 The Clash R2 Joy Division R3 The Pixies R4 My Morning Jacket R5 Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds R6 The Plastic Ono Band
Because The Clash and Joy Division. I might not have gone with MMJ and Plastic Ono but I get it.
snowman R1 Neil Young & Crazy Horse R2 The Velvet Underground R3 Kraftwerk R4 The Stooges R5 Steely Dan R6 Booker T and the MG's
My all around favorite draft. Neil for the awesomeness, VU and for their influence, Kraftwerk for birthing a genre, The Stooges because Detroit Punk Rock, Steely Dan because they are perfect, Booker T cause we got to make it funky somehow.
tЯist♡n R1 The Smiths R2 Dire Straits R3 The Jackson 5 R4 Guns N' Roses R5 Queens of the Stone Age R6 Traffic
Because The Smiths, Jackson 5, GNR, and Traffic. I personally would not have picked Dire Straits or Queens, but both are great.
For the most part everyone did a good job. I didn't follow the thread the whole way through but good stuff here.

I just could never get into them. I had a friend growing up whose dad was a musician and loved them as well as Neil Diamond and have met some Midwesterners who felt the same. I probably haven't given them a fair chance. They just seemed like over glorified soft rock on the few occasions I've listened to them.

I'm not as big a fan of the 80's Peter Cetera soft rock thing but to me it has always been the Terry Kath era where they ripped with the occasional slower song. Did you check out any of the videos I posted?
Edit: When I saw them last year they played less of the soft stuff then I expected

Being sassy, self-depreciating, and sarcastic is my thing. That's like ME 101.

P.S. So entirely confused as to how the Kinks were still available to snag in ROUND FOUR. They are in top 3 of British Invasion bands, without a doubt. Bands like U2 and the Chili Peppers got snagged before them? Wut.
