I'm guessing Death Cab and Ryan Adams. I would also guess Alabama Shakes but I doubt they share that many top names with Forecastle. Florence also wouldn't surprise me.

i am ridiculously excited for this festival. such a blast last year, saw SO many bands in two days. sylvan esso is a band i haven't yet seen, so my expectations are set slightly higher this year for the lineup! SLOSS IS BOSS.

What area is best to stay in?...is the fest in a good area?
We stayed close to UAB and five points last year, courtyard maybe?
Fest is in an industrial area, no one around except for people going to the fest. Never felt unsafe at anytime during the weekend, except from the heat on Sunday. If you can swing VIP, do it, the AC tents/bars are completely worth it.

I don't know about Ryan Adams yet. That's probably my #1 realistic wish, so I hope so. He did say that he was playing Birmingham this year so I think there's a good chance this is it.
