Every year since I got my first smartphone in 2010, when the Packers made the playoffs I would change my ringtone to "Go Pack Go" by the Six Packers (basically Garbage, with a roadie instead of Shirley on vocals) and adjust it accordingly the following year.
Not throwing a white flag just yet, but I'm having a semi-crisis over how the hell to handle this if we're out of it by Wild Card Weekend.
Final stretch of the regular season starts tonight. Season is flying by.
Thankfully, for me! My team is sucking eggs, and I want my ex-team to get out of town ASAP. It's been a less than enjoyable season. Ready for baseball.

If they couldn't get people to come to their games when they played in San Diego what makes them think anyone will pick them over the Rams? Stupid owners.

Maybe they're banking on attendance from the opposing teams? lol. No idea. I just want the Spanos family to shut up and leave already. This has been dragged out for way too long now.

Because the Rams suck even more?
That would be a wrong assumption. They both suck this year. But the Rams have a defense that is under performing that stars the best pass rusher in the NFL and a potential star combo in Goff & Gurley (I said potential). The Chargers have an aging QB in Rivers, a fan base that doesn't even want them, and a trash defense. Plus the Rams used to be the NFL team in LA so they have a fan base still in the city, the Chargers have none of that. I don't know, I just think moving to LA is dumb, so are they going to share a stadium?

The Spanos family needs to sale the team to an owner who can make that shit work in SD. That whole family is trash. I know this isn't directly because of them but look at how that organization almost blew it with Bosa. I mean holy shit. Talk about a dumpster fire.

I personally think San Diego just needs to get out of the NFL game entirely, unless literally zero public dollars will be involved. The demand just isn't there. No idea if it's due to the percentage of transplants/good weather activities year round/etc... who knows, even when the team is decent it's difficult to sell out games, and the stadium is at least 1/3 full of the opposing team's fans.
But yes the Spanos family is awful and they've run a shitty organization all around for far too long. I don't know why any city would want to do business with them.

The Chargers started in LA too. But you have to be as old as me to remember it.

I was saying it more as a joke. The Rams would be a much better team if they fired Fisher.
LOL at the L.A. Rams extending Jeff Fisher and Les Snead. That organization really needs to start from scratch, Goff, Gurley, Donald as the exceptions. Looks like they're going to keep going 4-12/7-9 at best.
