Have you listened to Lorde? I mean, obviously Beck is overall better and has the legacy to back up his status (12 albums vs. her 1), but Lorde is far from being the the worst modern artist that's bigger than Beck.

I like Lorde more than Lana Del Rey, who also once had that same spot on the lineup.

Outside of her singles can't say I have. Though this was more of a post referencing my age rather than the talent of the artists.

She'll have a new album by June I am sure. But I am hoping she still does some cover songs in her set. She has done some great Kanye Bowie and Tears for Fears covers. I was also at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony when she covered All Apologies by Nirvana, it was great.

How crazy would it be if The Avalanches, Schoolboy Q, and MRvKP were are billed 15th?? That would be an embarrassing mixup!

Avalanches wasn't at the meadows
They were supposed to be but had to cancel. If you look at the initial lineup their name is decipherable but definitely there

I don't think they were ever going to play. It was assumed because the name could have fit, but the person that actually got added (forgot who it was) fit there too
Edit:. Never mind, I think it was Thomas jack that got added and that didn't fit at all. I guess it was then. Meadows day one was incredible.. if avalanches had played day 2 that would have made it a perfect weekend. Day 2 was too hip hop oriented for me
