GovBall will probably do an email blast tomorrow or Tuesday preselling tix with news the lineup drops later this week. Coachella will drop theirs a day or two before.
They're running a contest now for two tickets where the winner will be notified by Thursday the 5th at 11:59 PM. I'd say odds are the lineup comes out Friday.

I want Jay-Z so bad. If the top 2 are huge acts like Jay-Z and Tool maybe the third one would be a 'budget' headliner like Phoenix. Could see Mumford being there. Muse could be in play. LCD Soundsystem perhaps. Maybe Twenty One Pilots, though I'm not really hoping for them.

I don't see LCD because Panorama, Muse because Firefly (plus having both them and Tool might not give them as broad of an audience as they would want). If I had to guess I'd say Phoenix. I think them, Tool, and Jay-Z perfectly hit all categories and seem to make sense with the budget.

Those 3 would work for me. Tool and Jay-Z are probably the 2 acts I want to see most next summer. I've never seen Tool before and have never seen Jay-Z solo. Saw him and Justin Timberlake and it was an awesome show!

Probably. I just can't imagine they wouldn't go for Chance after he played Meadows and he's doing US festivals in June. Insert any old pop/rock artist at the #2 spot

Yeah I mostly meant Petty because he's playing two NYC shows in July and one in Newark in June. I also don't think Tool will be #1.
