I meant to include some variation on CSNY, just because of Nash's "see you next year" at the end of his set.
I was a little surprised Kaleo wasn't there this year.
The Record Company too, considering they played in Providence the weekend before NFF.
I've been following Kaleo for a couple years now. Back when it was impossible to find their music besides pretty girls. They are growing unbelievably fast!
They announced a show in Boston and it sold out very fast, and it was moved to the HOB which is 1000 +
Pretty sure they officially broke up like 2 years ago.
Oteil said that Gregg has been starting to talk about getting back together next year. I think if it happens it might be without Derek Trucks and Warren Haynes, which would be a bummer unless they get some equally amazing players to replace them.

Happening so quickly!
More like 2000-2500
Of course it's also on a Monday night.
Indeed. I stand corrected. I knew it was up there, was just being lazy about researching the capacity lol.

Wishlist, in no particular order (and some very unlikely):
Cat Stevens Kaleo Kodaline Lady Lamb Brandi Carlile & Co. (I will request them every single year) Daughter San Fermin (maybe a bit of a stretch, but I'd love to see them there) Kacey Musgraves First Aid Kit The Lighthouse and the Whaler Laura Marling Lissie Felice Brothers Dawes Ben Howard Wye Oak Bon Iver The Cave Singers Fleet Foxes The Airborne Toxic Event (probably too rock for NFF, but I really want to see "Sometime Around Midnight" live, so they are on here) Steve Earle (I'm picturing him playing "Copperhead Road" on the Fort Stage and everyone doing the dance to it - I'll teach ya if you don't know it)! Fleetwood Mac New Basement Tapes Jewel (I'm a nearly 30-year-old woman; I can't NOT like Jewel) Courtney Barnett Jose Gonzalez Deer Tick
Forgot about New Basement Tapes. Good call. Could see that being worked out at some point.
The moment seems to have passed. I guess it's still an option, but I feel like we're a little to far removed from the album for it to be likely in any way. I'd still love it. That album has some really great songs

Middle Brother just came back to play after not having an album for 5 or 6 years.
Jim James and Taylor Goldsmith are easy gets for the festival. They know it and love it and play an important part of it's success. After seeing how much fun he was having with different acts this year I could see Elvis Costello coming back, too. Mumford and Rhiannon are a bit of a tougher get but I think the stars could align at some point. If any festival can pull it off I think NFF could do it.
