Graham Nash announced a bunch of Northeast dates leading up to Newport weekend. All around MA, NY, PA, etc.
But he's also in Chicago on that Sunday.
After him saying he'd be back this year during his set, I'm suspicious, but what do y'all think? I'm pretty convinced Fleet Foxes are headlining, but if we wanted to get real crazy, a CSN(Y) reunion would be a pretty fucking massive get. I don't see a reason to bring him back solo, but a combo with someone else wouldn't surprise me either

That would be a dream. Crosby is free but Stills is in OH on the 28th and Kansas on the 30th. Could be possible, but who knows. Maybe Nash gets added to some set or is in some sort of collab or tribute. The Chuck Berry one maybe?
Edit: Nash's set smashed my expectations last year. I mostly went in not expecting much, and assuming that at his age he doesn't wanna play CSN songs anymore, but his new songs were great, his band was great, the CSN songs were great. Really fun set and excited to see what he'll bring this year.

Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.
Going to see HFTFF tonight. I'm expecting that announcement this week. After these 2 shows pass. Maybe Thursday or Friday.
What'd you think of the show? I just saw her/them in NYC last night and thought they've definitely jumped up a level since the other times I've caught them. Was thinking it'd probably be a Newport set I'd end up skipping, but now I'm really hoping there are no major conflicts. "Pa'lante" was incredible live and I think that was the best version of "The Body Electric" I've heard them play

I thought they were great! They have also jumped to " can't miss " status for me! Should be a great set at the Fort! They collaborated with Gallo for Fortunate Son and it was pretty epic!

Nice! They did John Lennon's "Bring on the Lucie" with him down here. Maybe they've just got a list of great protest songs that they're running through
Same weekend. Crazy amounts of crossover. Isn't Calgary on the other side of Canada?
Lucy Dacus seems like the most likely (and least "folky") of those, but yeah I'd be happy with a lot of the stuff on that lineup. Love Leif Vollebek's new album and I'd be happy to have him back, Tanya Tagaq and Sean Rowe seem like artists that are both bound to make their way to the Fort eventually, and then obviously Dawes and Langhorne come and go as they please
