Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
I'm pretty sure they added the Pre-party, EDM/DJ tent on the beach, Jimmy Lumpkin and a few others. Lumpkin turned out to be one of my favorites. I have 10-15 I will go see,but not much. 2010 to 2014 I couldn't see but about 30% of what I wanted to see. Now last than 10% interest me and I spend more time at the pool, beach, restaurant, etc.
Bob, they just dropped the Coachella & Governor's Ball lineups. Mn, that is the lamest Coachella lineup I've ever seen. Governor's Ball lineup much superior, IMO. Hope to see you out & about this year :-)

Have a friend in the area, so might end up making it down for this. In the off-chance anyone has room for a couple more people let me know. Thanks in advance!

Saw The Chainsmokers last night in Atlanta for free. Went as a joke and ended up having a lot of fun. If you can enjoy mediocre edm (being under the influence helps) then I’d check their set out.
It's not as bad as death or vomit. There are enough acts to probably make mostly full days assuming some of the bottom 7 rows are listenable/watchable. There's certainly way more stuff I'd want to see at Bonnaroo than Hangout, and if I could swap out about 8 or 9 acts, I'd probably go back to Hangout. But that's not happening. And I doubt I'm going to go to Bonnaroo either since it's not particularly inspiring.
I'm selling my two loyalty GAs and cancelling my condo. No Hangout this year. I'll work Bonnaroo to see Sturgill, Moon Taxi, OCMS, and a couple others. Not a fan of Eminem or Kendrick, similar rap performers and seen The Killers, so done with that. Will pick some Nashville concerts and maybe squeeze in Sweetwater. I can spend a week on the beach for a fraction of the Hangout price. Will miss the Inforoo crew, but don't like these lineups. If you are looking for two cheap GAs PM me.
Speaking of cheap (cheaper), Hangout tickets start at $265 on Stubhub though oddly enough shuttle passes are > $100 as obviously people are trying to capitalize on that.
Cheapest VIP is $949. Cheapest Super ViP is $1,699.99. Big Kahuna is $4,500.
Current actual prices:
GA - $279.00 plus fees VIP- $1,099.00 plus fees SVIP-$1,699.00 plus fees BigK-Contact them for tickets, so no idea what that price is.
I actually thought Roo was okay. Maybe it's because I expected worse but there's some solid stuff on there. But again, not worth renting the RV, driving 7.5 hours, and camping for 4 days. GBall may still happen for me but I'm waiting on the day by day breakdown to see how it shakes out.

The top lines of ROo just look so lazy and boring. I love Muse and they make sense since apparently they never played before but its weak where it matters. Plenty i like as you get to the middle part but not much i havent seen before.
If NERD ends up exclusive to Gov Ball or not playing anywhere else within reason for me to go to im gonna look into a day pass if their day has a few more acts i like.
Yes, Most of Roo I will go without. I do want to see Sturgill, Sheryl Crow, OCMS, The Revivalists, Mavis Staples, Nile Rogers & Chic, Moon Taxi, Brothers Osborne, Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, St Paul and the Broken Bones, Thundercat, and there are probably a few more but, that ain't worth a trip to the farm, $350 plus $50 parking, antibiotics and steroids for the sinus infection after the dust, crappy food, etc. If, big if, one of the high school band or other fundraisers will swap me a shift of work for a day ticket, night catch a couple of the 10-15 bands of interest to me.
I will sell my two GA wristbands for $200 each, total $400, when I receive them. I'm thinking about going down to the beach a week or two before Hangout, catch someone fun at the Wharf (Sturgill was a home run concert last year). IMHO he was better than everybody except Mumford and sons.
if I were 21, I would hit up every festival I could....at 61 not so much. I avoid crowds, go for good food, prefer someone playing acoustic, condo or my bed at home, etc...the VIP life.
