Arguing about grammar semantics is a new low for inforoo.
I generally don't correct people on their grammar at all, but when they're correcting someone else, and they themselves are wrong, well...these fingers gonna fly. Letting people be wrong is why Trump is president.

I saw Bruno mars live and he’s actually pretty fantastic live. A true entertainer. Maybe because I was also drunk and with my parents so it was nice to share that moment with them
I’m seeing him on St Pattys day and am super pumped. I shamelessly love Bruno Mars, we even have GA floor tickets.

Pretty sure it was in random thoughts and I think I started it because I said Texas was a part of the south and then arguments ensued a part Texas being about of the south and the south vs The south.

Gramatically, you want to say it when they title of the band is plural, like Pixies, Arctic Monkeys, etc. I know its Pixies and still say the Pixies everytime.

Oh yes, we have had that discussions as well... Pixies is a great example.
