Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Eh, I prefer to to show this odd, subtle support despite not going. Like no matter how shitty this festival becomes, I'll always point how its still slightly cool, but always in the chillest way possible.
Kinda like, last year was lame and this year looks pretty sucky, but I really do WANT Bonnaroo to be cool. For those who go, it's always fun, but that doesn't mean a weak lineup (which is a matter of personal taste, of course) is worth the travel, expense, and time investment every time.
fine. Insert bbng into that list somewhere and have amine close it out
well...not to be super nitpicky or anything, but Amine is a very new artist who happens to have one huge song. I don't see him closing out a tent. If I were to guess I think it'd be Crystal Castles vs Yellow Claw vs Bluegrass Superjam vs Travis Scott
Fuck all, I remember Crystal Castles LN back in 2009 was a great set! Now though...
Bonnaroo '15/'16/'17/'18/'19 - ACL '13/'14/'15/'17/'18 - Fun Fun Fun '14 - SXSW '13/'14/'15 - FPSF '16
2019 Shows: 4/30 - Vampire Weekend 6/28 - Father John Misty & Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit 9/6 - Cardi B w/ Teyana Taylor 9/28 - Vulfpeck w/ The Fearless Flyers
looks like Roo may be designating the other tent as the edm tent based on that social media post about half an hour ago...
I called this with my mock schedules. I believe this will actually be a good thing as Kalliope and Other will create their own little EDM area that will hopefully help contain the disease to those 2 stages and the occasional Which LN.

An edm tent makes good sense so I expect them to screw it up.
Hopefully they put some walls on that tent and close it in and put in some AC like they did for that New Orleans tent a while ago. If only to save me from the soundbleed.

Also, please no more Kalliope.
unless they made the other tent much bigger, i don't see how they could close it in. it's simply not big enough to hold the entire crowd for even moderately popular shows. really this could apply to all three tents.

This is the first message board I've ever been on, the only reason I joined is because I love Bonnaroo and wanted to read and talk about it all year long.
I think it's just bad branding this year. There are usually around 30-40 club artists, with more stealth adds as we get closer, so I don't think the stages will change if the number of acts is staying the same.
So is the Club Stage what was most recently Who? Or Miller Lite? Either way, we're losing another stage, right?
I think they've been calling both of those stages "club" stages for the last couple of years. This is probably "Who" and "Miller Lite"
I'm concerned that the singular is not an accident. They used to be announced as "cafe artists."
Keep in mind that they went from the Sonic Stage, Cafe Where and the Miller Lite Stage to the Who Stage and Miller Lite just a year or two back.
They've also added and removed other stages over the years like Yet Another Stage and Somethin' Else, as well as smaller venues like the Wheat Thin tent and the Ford Fusion Garage so is not unprecedented.

Yeah, the text of the email announcement also refers to plural stages. I stand corrected.
