How big are some of these other venues? I was surprised to see them at the Festival Pier in Philly which seems to small for them. Even worse, it is outside will be subject to the weather.
Also: April 27, Gorillaz will perform on “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.”
Anybody using the app and have any idea what the hell is going on with this Spirit House album listening party?
-Note: Fest Pier holds 6500 which seems reasonable. I haven't been there in 15 years so I guess things have become bigger.
Yup! I didn't get them. And now over 1000 of them are up on stubhub for well over double the price. I absolutely hate all online ticketing.
yup and AXS is overly shitty. Never thought I'd rather try my hand at ticketmaster, but man axs sucks
All of them are horrible as far as I am concerned. How hard is it to limit the number of tickets one credit card can buy for popular shows, and create software to stop bots?
Also its infuriating that AXS/AEG have a partnership with stubhub, and tell people to buy tickets from there when a show is sold out. Its like they are endorsing scalping and ticket gouging.
I wish states would just started passing laws making it illegal to sell event tickets for more than you paid for them.

I think the venue setup for Chicago is only 8,000. Surprised that they didn't use the lawn for this show.

Seriously earlier this morning there were over 2,000 tickets for Chicago on StubHub. Really thankful for the presale yesterday.
Yup! Even the Philly show has nearly 2000 tickets available on stubhub. Lucky I got the heads up about the presale password in this thread. Thanks again JUICY JAY

I find it odd that Ticketmaster is selling re-sale tickets through their site. Just seems shady. Could they not program their software and apps to just buy out 1000 tickets and then re-sell them marked up by 50%? Yes and bots are terrible.
you werent asking about this specific show, but online sales in general. the system is in place to sell as many ticket as possible. Scalpers or fans, its all money to them
