Afropunk Brooklyn 2018 - 8/25-8/26

Not quite as good as last year but still great. I can spoil the two big unannounced names are if y'all want

By day lineup and tix are out... They had to go and put Thundercat and Kaytranada on opposite days =(

Also Raphael Saadiq and another small stage with some artists I don't know and Unlocking the Truth.

But yeah this festival gets better the more I look at it. 

GA Weekend passes already sold out. Kinda surprised it sold out this early, but the lineup is good.

This years lineup is killer but I'm looking to get a Saturday pass. Solange has to be the last special guest remaining right? Probably TBA after Panorama?

Also, is VIP worth it?

Saturday for this is *STACKED.* This is low key, for my tastes anyway, all around better than any single day the other three fests have offered up. Solange, SZA, Sampha, Thundercat, KING, Macy Gray, The Skins, Jorja Smith. There's gonna be major major conflicts. Holy shit

I have friends going to Saturday but it already sold out. Tempted to go solo for Sunday to see Anderson .Pakk, Kaytranada, Nao, Son Little and a few others.
