Sherlock’s - fine Stoplight observations were good. Credible cover of Wake up Bully was good as always. Crowd was disappointing Greta Van Fleet - 100% led zeplin R.I.P. off as divided ad nausea that said damn are the good. And young. And I thought it was fantastic Props to the circa survive mosh pit. We brought it Manchester Orchestra. Just the best. What a great band. Andy making it rain during the Silence was a cool trick. No idea how he pulled that off. Probably saves it for outside shows Matt and Kim dance party is horrifically dumb. But it’s pretty tough to not have a great time. I don’t know what they do. But they are good at it Queens don’t do it for me. Queens from The back after day 2 really don’t do it for me.
Japandroids aftershow kicked all kinds of sweaty ass. If you were there and moshing, you are my people
I heard backstage that the drummer just got his license so everybody can relax. They've got a way home back to Londo...I mean Michigan.
You coulda always just quit yer bitchin and gone to see Charly Bliss, who are rad.
You know what, you're totally right. I just had to see what it was about. And I wanted to get in that photo pit to see how they were acting up close. All kidding aside, they're very likable on stage and incredibly talented. The bass player is really good and the guitar player can shred. I just don't get the fake accent and that leads me to believe that they're lying if they're really saying they've never heard of Zeppelin. I still haven't seen where they said that, but it's just the most obvious thing in the world that they're recreating it. That's what makes it kind of fun to clown on them. They're going to be headlining as soon as next year if they keep it up. I had no idea about Charly Bliss. I'll check em out.
Greeta Van Fleet had a super solid set. Most festival acts will stop and talk just even for 10 seconds between songs, and people will leave. They just powered through with little talking and the crowd was locked in. Even me. They have lifted the sound of a band that made their career ripping of blues tunes, so that's funny, but other than that they killed it. They'll never be a band I'll go see or even listen to but there is a reason why they're here. They are well rehearsed and just damn talented.

For Saturday: Parquet Courts QOTSA Bully Manchester Orchestra War On Drugs Broncho Chatty Bliss The energy was just so much higher on Saturday than it was on Friday. I exhausted from the first two days and I’m not sure how I’m going to make it through the third
Back on the tapestry, still in the same area but moved to the right a little... feel free to say hi to my aunt too, she’s the one that got me into festivals.
