No Jawbreaker? Easily the biggest reason I'm jealous.
I'd move The Necks up to "must see" (assuming it's in the Auditori) and add Midori Takada to that list. She's a brilliant composer and her latest album is one of my favorites this year. Again, she'd kill the Auditori.
Otherwise, you nailed it.
My knowledge of Jawbreaker is 100% just you fluffing them on this forum, I'll have to actually give them a listen. The Necks seem like a band I know I should see that I'll end up skipping to catch Charli or something. Will check out Midori as well.
Fun fact: My favorite Jawbreaker album is the one everyone hates. It was the major label debut and the one that ripped them apart.
I'd suggest stealing a car and queue up 24 Hour Revenge Therapy. After about the third or fourth listen, it'll hit you how brilliant that album is.
Just realized Filthy Friends are playing. If you haven't heard them it's Peter Buck (R.E.M.) and Corin Tucker (Sleater-Kinney) with Scott McCaughey (Young Fresh Fellows, The Minus 5), Kurt Bloch (Fastbacks and also Young Fresh Fellows) and one of the dudes from King Crimson.
I’m going to this when garageland goes back. I need someone to tell me who the fuck to see.
Groundwork is being laid to do this again or Roadburn in 2020. I'm pushing for Roadburn but the idea of seeing my wife try to order a burger might get me back to Primavera sooner.
If we ever planned that Infovera meet-up, I'd be in.

2020 meetup. Let’s make it happen.
I started talking about going back to Primavera tonight and within 15 minutes she had already made decisions on where to go for our day trips while we're there.
Easiest festival sell ever. Plus this was her favorite that she's been to.
Tentatively, we're in. I guess I should start paying attention again.
I was sort of waiting for the Coachella lineup to drop to narrow this down but I think tentatively this is where my priorities lie, with some of these being in the grey areas:
High: Beak>, Cybotron, Objekt live, Stiff Little Fingers, Sons of Kemet XL, Cupcakke, Danny L Harle live, Primal Scream, Richie Hawtin Close, Roísín Murphy, Stereolab, Jawbreaker, Shonen Knife
Med: Apparat live, Christine and the Queens, Mykki Blanco, Princess Nokia, Dirty Projectors, Erykah Badu, Georgia Anne Muldrow, Liz Phair, Low, Peggy Gou, Robyn, Wednesday Campanella, Avalon Emerson, Jarvis Cocker, Modeselektor, The Mystery of the Bulgarian Voices, Neneh Cherry, Rosalía, Tim Hecker & Konoyo Ensemble, Shellac, Tirzah, Nina Kraviz, Iglooghost
Low (depending on schedule/family interest/if they have new music): Charli XCX, Courtney Barnett, Jayda G, Maribou State, Interpol, Rico Nasty, SOPHIE, Soccer Mommy, yaeji, Carly Rae Jepsen, Janelle Monáe, Kurt Vile, Tame Impala, Yves Tumor, Hieroglyphic Being, JPEGMAFIA, Lizzo, Solange, Tierra Whack, Empress Of
P.S. I'm prematurely planning to sabotage Inforeva 2020 so that you all don't tempt me to spend another obscene amount of money on this festival next year.

And how are you planning on sabotaging Inforeva?
If I told the people I was planning to sabotage about the plan, it wouldn't be very successful, would it?

I've said this a million times before but it bears repeating. Primavera will spoil every festival you attend after it. It's hands down one of the most unique experiences of your life. Not just with the line-up but everything from the food to the location to the people. It set my bar for how festivals should be run.
Money is money. As long as you're paying your bills and being responsible, fuck it. You'll make more. You won't be seeing people freak the fuck out to Mayhem and turn around to see this vibrant blue of the Mediterranean. Don't think about how much you're spending. Just enjoy this isn't another half-ass US festival.

Coachella is my barometer for music festivals, but Prima is up there with Dekmantel as my remaining bucket list festival. This helps sell it even more.

Friends of mine said VIP isn't worth the surcharge, but it does come with special VIP pits for the two main stages, as well as preferential access to all the club shows.
Been meaning to hit this festival ever since they got Pulp years back so taking the plunge this year. First time in Barcelona too. VIP worth it?
If the headliners are someone you really want to see go with VIP, otherwise I’d skip it. They do have a nice club/pool area to relax at early afternoon as well, but for me at least there aren’t any names big enough to make it worth shelling out the extra money for VIP.
