Saturday. I think I said Sunday when it came out, but now I'm feeling Saturday pretty hard.
Who you tryin to see Saturday?
I'm almost certainly not going, but if I were, I would try to catch:
SZA Gucci St. Vincent Japanese Breakfast Floating Points Bicep Jay Som Avalon Emerson
I've heard some good stuff about Kyle Hall and DJ Python on here, but I don't know their stuff so well. And I'd see Janet. The headliners are basically a wash for me. Not super interested in any of those.

Lauryn Hill wouldnt be a bad replacement for either SZA or Cardi. She doesn't seem to have a concert on that date. Also, doesn't have a show in NYC proper for her summer tour. A bit unlikely though, she is in NC on the 27th and Florida the 29th. But ya know, planes.
Janelle Monae also would be pretty great. Although she is doing both Afropunk and has a date at MSG (not like having other NYC dates has stopped Panorama from booking anyone though). Edit: Nevermind she has a show in Florida the 28th

Booking Lauryn Hill on any type of tight schedule for her is probably a pretty dumb move. High chance of not showing up

I actually take walks around Randall's Island during the warm weather. I'm fairly sure I could improvise a nature tour after a few confidence beers.

Especially since Cardi and probably SZA have cancelled.....if you don't end up winning a pair of tickets somewhere you'll probably be able to snag a cheap single day on a second hand site.
I was just gonna go Saturday but if tickets are cheap enough I'll go Sunday too.

At Gov Ball I kept trying to think about how they'll do Pano with half the space. If Friday gets a big turnout, then it could be quite the crowded mess.
Also this should be the week they are trying to capitalize off people's Gov Ball come down and move tickets, aka fix Saturday.
