I think accessibility is a big part of it. Randall's is a pain to get to and from, at least relative to a location that's right next to a subway stop made to accommodate large crowds of people, anyway, thanks to it being the one that services Citi Field.
Someone on Reddit is talking about the weeknd playing global citizen. Launch mentioned once that he's excited to see Panorama attendees reaction to who's playing Global Citizen.
Global Citizen has a shit reputation, who cares whether Panorama artists are going there.
I mean, I guess there are a few people who will forgo Pano for Weeknd/Janet/Cardi/whoever if they can see them at Global Citizen. But none of those people are on Inforoo or are big music heads. Global Citizen is an event, not a concert.
Also - if you're scaling back to 30k and not charging an arm and a leg - then I really don't care about exclusivity or these NYC music fest wars anymore. Pano at this point is just a chance to see a great day of music.

Agreed, but if I had to guess, there probably are not many event-goers looking online for rumors whether Pano and Global Citizen have overlapping names.
Gotta think a schedule is coming soon for this right? It also seems like ticket prices are holding firm even after most passes have been shipped out
I think it was pretty similar to last year. Give it 2-3 more weeks. Once all giveaways and contests end and wristbands start flowing that's when people will be unloading these online for $125 for the weekend.

Is the Pavillion definitely still going to be enclosed and look like it used too even though the grounds are half the size. I thought the reason for covering it is because the sound bleed from the 125 bridge.
Mainly I ask because I'm sure that The War on Drugs and Father John Misty will be on the secondary stage on Friday, and those are acts I'd prefer to see in the sun/sunset.

I'd imagine it means only clothing - not accessories or shoes which are both really easy to resell. I'll be there at 6 to check it out so we will see.
