Well thats interesting, and not at all what I got in writing as well. Did you talk to them on the phone?
I went in store yesterday and they followed up with terms today
Could you post what you got from the terms that they said? And I suppose who was the person who sent it over because I had gotten so frustrated with no one answering the phone on the store level I went to the corporate level to get an answer

Items can be even exchanged only- same merchandise in different sizes or color options. Outside of that they are not refundable- not for different merchandise or store credit.
Even if the tickets will not be used, we do not allow returns. As this is a valuable GWP, it does come with these specific restrictions.

I did it. Easy peasy. No returns allowed but I just bought 2 Free People leather jackets for $150 each that I should be able to sell for 60% of retail. They only had like 30 passes though.

My friend was able to do it for him and myself as well and he was told that you can get store credit back but not $. Either way, fantastic deal
The schedule's not so bad with artists playing on the main stage while someone's starting at the Pavilion or vice versa, but there are going to be a few instances of serious bleed going on, there, for those 10 crossover minutes.

Curious how much they put into production compared to previous years. Seems like this is definitely going to be the last year. Wonder if they try to cut on costs on more than the layout/capacity.
The article does have important info, though: "Ormond said there is little cross sales between the older-leaning Panorama and Firefly, even with their proximity. Both will remain in operation."

You know I posted months ago that this festival was getting cut in half and they were lowing capacity. You just found out with that map that I was 100% accurate... Maybe I actually know stuff?
I don’t doubt that you do. But your delivery can be very off putting.
You want this festival to fail. We get it. But others want it to succeed. Can’t you leave it alone?
I am breaking the news to you guys that unless something changes, it already failed, and whatever remains of it will be in Delaware next year. Is that not that worth discussing?

They don’t want to hear it from you. Because all you do is take a dump on this festival, and fight with those that want to go.
It seems all you want to do lately is fight with everyone on this board. Why is that?

To be fair since I joined this site last year, it seems other people start with Launch just as much as he's started with them. It may be trolling but as far as I can tell the trolling is based off facts

Are the ones I am "fighting with" even going or ever been? I have been the last two years and looking like I'll probably be there Sunday this year.
And I don't exactly see how anything I have said today is taking a dump on the festival: they cut the capacity and size (the map was just released today proving that I gave accurate info months ago and wasnt trolling about that), and I am telling you that as of now it wont be back next year. Those are just facts.
