As much as I love this fest, I can't see this selling well. Props to them for putting together an interesting lineup which is more than I can say for most fests this year.
Interesting is one thing....interesting and good is quite another. I'd rather go to a fest with repeat acts that I enjoy than one with acts I've never seen and don't care to.
Personally may hit up Sunday here and Fri and Sat of GovBall for my NY Festival Experience
It just so happens that what I consider interesting here is also what I consider good
Congratulations, universe, you win. You somehow made Mountain Jam, a notorious jam fest (which I personally hate jam bands) with fewer bands and a much smaller budget, look more appealing than Panorama or Firefly.

I'm fairly impressed. Feels right in line with where they should be.
Saturday and Sunday are great. Seeing The Killers, The XX, David Byrne, and Fleet Foxes would be a "loaded" day at pretty much any fest, so props on Sunday. Janet Jackson is an objectively good/interesting booking despite any of y'all trying to knock it, and props to the creativity of Saturday being all women and Gucci Mane essentially.
Friday is the weakest day of TWOD and FJM are still two great shows.
Man, they are really banking on The Weeknd maybe even taking a step up from where he's already at this year. He gets the tweet lead which usually has gone to the "#1 act" at Coachella.

How will the schedule break down likely for Sunday? My priority would be Fleet Foxes, The XX, David Byrne. I'm assuming Odesza would conflict with one of them, but would I be able to see all three?
