I mean to be fair this is generally the move for festivals and events in general. I picked up a VIP 3 Day to Gov Ball last year on Saturday morning for a 100 bucks, went saturday, and sold it the next day for 60 bucks to a Tool fan.
I bought an ACL ticket for LCD’s day for $25. Still proud of that.
Ive seen some festival reporters say that Organizers recently have been trying to market to groups of 6 or larger coming together which does make sense to me, as you really cant just set up a whole groups plans like that and all 6 to 12 or whatever wait until the last minute for tickets, unlike groups of 4 or smaller or people who just tag along to a festival in a city like NYC or Austin

That unfortunately only contributes to a homogenized festival scene... you know, making sure everybody in your #squad can enjoy something.

I stayed my ass home and went for a run. Thought about it up until around 8 PM but decided against. I really enjoy Apricot Princess and I saw some vid from his Wburg show, just couldn't rally

To be fair you don't even need to research him, odds are he won't even play his music, and regardless if he does or doesn't it will be a guaranteed good time.

Based upon past years, how are they likely to schedule The Killers, The Xx, Odesza and David Byrnes. I usually try to do a couple fests just to avoid clashes.

My best guess would be:
Main Stage: 5:45–6:45 Byrne; 7:30–8:45 The XX; 9:30–11 Killers And Odesza on the Pavillion Stage 8:30–9:30

I was listening to Hot 97 on my way to work and they were saying Cardi B has quietly started pulling out of dates. Guessing shes out for this and they are waiting for a replacement to announce it.

Doesn't AEG have a relationship with Missy Elliott from last yr at FYF? She's performed with Janet a couple times in the last year. She'd be a nice replacement.
Some friends and I decided we're gonna go for Sunday. I went last year on Friday and Saturday, but what are you guys thinking the chances are that they have any sort of counter production during The Killers? I know there was nothing going on during Frank, but MCDE was during Tame, and Breakbot was re-scheduled from the night before to play during Tame as well due to the parlor situation.
Even if it's just somebody at the point, I'll probably be seeing The Killers at Firefly a month before that so it would be nice to have an alternate option at Pano.

The only reason why I question this rumor to some extent is her and Bruno Mars announcing that massive tour that starts in September, with people already knowing at that point that she was/is pregnant. I guess the thought is she will give birth by then, but would she give birth then leave and go out on a massive tour right then?

Sunday has two more acts (as of now) than Fri or Sat. I could certainly see someone like Nora En Pure or Moodymann in the Parlor Stage going on during the Killers this year. But there will almost certainly be someone at the Point as the Killers even if that's not the case.

Theyll have some deep house or disco dj playing at the point. You can also use that time to go into the HP Dome.
