I'm taking Oxenfree as a limited miniseries.



Five teenagers continue the town tradition of spending a night on an abandoned military base off the Oregon coast. One opens a rift to an alternate dimension. She and her new stepbrother must confront the forces she's unleashed and her own demons before daybreak to save her friends.

I'm not going to pull the stunt of drafting myself, but I am actually writing a feature-length adaptation in order to get used to the form and function of a script. It's been...interesting.

I agree that it's still timely. I think that's why it's a challenge. I'm not saying it's a bad choice, just that it will be hard.

It was a great pick though.

Yeah, if it's a clearly established partnership. More Simon and Garfunkel than Micheal Jackson and Paul McCartney, if that makes sense.

(Keep in mind that it would be open to dispute and a group vote if it's questionable.)
