What's the source of these? They have a gaping Chicago tour date hole right during Lolla, and their popularity have gained such that they can be a clear top 4 act, so I'd be surprised if that happened.

I think the guy who said that meant that AM themselves aren't announcing anything. IIRC he said the same thing about Firefly but they ended up being booked.

The Arctic Monkeys US guy said there are no announcements this week. Could be misinformed because it seems so obvious but something to keep in mind if they fall through

I think last year's bad lineup came back to bite them this year. Makes sense considering each time you can only buy before knowing the lineup

I thought last year’s lineup was pretty good. Its biggest problem was they pittted AF and Justice against each other

The scheduling last year was complete garbage
the headliners were trash which i think is the more important part. No one that interesting outside of Justice, the Chance hometown show was just his same set, Blink as a subheadliner was really weak, and Lorde and Muse only got in what 20 minutes?
