Sorry, I wanted to wait until I had time to re-read the last day before voting. That still hasn't happened; today was my 23rd day of work in a row and I'm pulling back to back twelve hour days right now. Not even trying to make excuses because you've heard it already, just trying to explain why my posts today have been short and lacking substantive input, as well as why I haven't voted yet.
I think LLL v Danbob is a good idea, though ideally I'd like to see a third in the mix. It creates better opportunities for movement and allows us to find patterns. I'm gonna go with LLL though because I think she's most likely to be mafia of those who are left, and that's as good a reason as any.

I definitely had the same thought here. I was afraid people would be waiting on me because I wanted to read and think before I voted. Here we are, many hours later, and the left to vote folks have obviously kept up.
Is it posturing or uncertainty?
Could be mafia trying to control the game by hanging back, could be life happening, could be uncertaintity. could be anything.
In my eyes I'm not sure that it effects my views of any of the 3, It confirms my thoughts on LLL, I still have Jaz and Pablo as unknowns
I want to see who LLL chooses between him and Pablo.
I had a post typed out saying vote for who you suspect, not to look for data but in this case it works, because if you and Pablo had voted who you suspected it would have given LLL the kill vote. I approve of you voting me here.

I get it. I misread mafia last game. I wouldn't call it mind blowing, I underestimated how straight forward mafia would be at the end, but at least I tried right until the end. You're pretty unhelpful here and lashing out at me for the second time this game, which feel manipulative. I haven't seen this sort of 'tude out of you when you've been town. I made this note a few days ago, and here you've amped it up. SFA knows you best, I'd like his feedback here.

Pablo and LLL both feel a bit odd. Zolah claimed Pablo was Inspector or Mafia. Them both being active late last night plus Pablo typoing LLL's vote feels like there could have been some mafia chat going on.
I voted for Danbob over LLL at the start of this today because LLL had a vote already. Danbob is really on the fence because I don't feel Danbob's usual "town effort".

I have tried to be as helpful as possible here, and always try to diplomatic when I play, that is why I get accused of "riding the fence". I'm not actually on the fence about anything, I know exactly who I think Mafia is, but I have figured out that after 7 years of playing, being too forceful as a female gets you voted off really quick by fellow townies. That is a god honest truth. I luv ya, and don't mean to be bitchy, but it has become super frustrating watching this game devolve into townies using stupid things like a person being a festival, or their work schedule or them defending themselves as reasons to point at them and say they are Mafia. It has become the new norm somehow for these games. Instead of looking at who is most motivated to actually do things. For instance, who in the hell do you think benefited most from Maddog pulling that stunt in the first day? He isn't a stupid player, he is new, but he is good. There is no way that he did that by accident and without thinking it was going to benefit his teammates. Same for the Zolah whack.

Whatever the case may be, you are different this game than other games I've seen you as town. You're on my case, yet I didn't bash a work schedule or festival. I did call you out for laying back, but so did Zolah. Somehow this reflects poorly on me, but not her.
Unrelated, I agree that girls tend to get bashed a lot in this game. I think boys focus in on them because they're less common in the game.

One of you guys wanna come off of LLL and make this a threeway? We'll get more information from the forced revotes as the runoff narrows. LLL is a top suspect for me but I'm not convinced yet, and I don't think we should vote her straight off.

I was waiting a few more minutes before I moved to Pablo myself. I wanted to see if LLL, or anyone, had more to say.
Any chance Maddog wasn't Mafia? If so, Mafia would have assumed (probably correctly) that he was Inspector and would have been free to use their whacks to cause confusion and/or eliminate known town. That confusion, plus the fact that only Mafia and Maddog would have known Maddog's role, would have given them a huge upper hand. The last 10 minutes of Day 1 actually could mean Maddog threw away his reveal as a "screw you, ref" for ending early.

JR you said you weren't feeling my "usual town effort". I agree. This game I feel like I've been utter shit. I could stand here and make excuses but I won't. I've been busy but I've also been lazy. I ultimately think mafia is using my laziness to set me up.

LLL's demeanor is different to me than when we've been townies together in the past. She's stressing how she's a victim and that she's the diplomatic one while being a touch of an asshat towards me. Worry not my dear, my feeling is in tact, but my curiosity was in piqued.
LLL could have been in a runoff with 2 of her top 3 suspects. Instead, she pushes Dan ahead and claims self preservation, but she had to see this backfiring. That is not a townie move in my book. So why did she really not create a 3 way runoff? She could have voted for Carini (someone who seems universally accepted as town) or Pablo (someone she herself has mentioned in her top 3 suspects). She voted for Dan, I think, because it was the only way she could hopefully keep 2 mafia out of a 3 person runoff.
I think there's a strong chance LLL and Pablo are it.
