Alright, after re-read, I can totally see why people who think Potent was mafia may think I am too. Otherwise, I don't see it, but hey. I'm ok dying because you guys can get on the right track. What keeps sticking out to me is that there are players being completely ignored as possible Mafia who haven't been cleared by an Inspector. JR, for instance, was the final voter in the run-off between Zolah and Maddog. Zolah considered him "town" because he could have killed her and saved Maddog. Well, he could also be the Maddog voter that we have all been talking about, distancing. I still think we have one Maddog voter and one Zolah voter left. I've already stated who I think should be examined most closely, but wanted to add what I saw when I tried to put fresh eyes on the game.
The LD voters should also be examined closely, which I know includes me and Potent. And JR. He is the one Mafia ultimately whacked. I would imagine a Mafia could be there. Could have been potent, and it may be too bold of a move to vote for LD when they were probably already suspecting him as Inspector. Leads right to them, but keep JR in mind in that line of thinking.
Pablo has been playing differently. He has been quiet but had more well thought out posts. I don't know if that is a sign of improvement or prompting. Zolah called him out before she was whacked, and he was posting in a way that more than one of us thought he may be Inspector. I don't know if he was planning a fake and then multiple players said they were expecting a fake so he backed off, or if he is just a townie who was posting differently than he usually does so we picked it up. He is a player I wouldn't want to make it to the end of the game.
Carini is quiet as hell. It is sometimes hard to tell his role. But there is almost always a very quiet Mafia coasting. He voted Zolah first round, and I agree Zolah voters should be held to the fire. There is really no reason for Mafia in the first round to vote for their own. They have too much cover. The Maddog "reveal" is the only thing that is making me wonder if there was a Mafia on him and his stunt was for distancing. But if Potent wasn't Mafia, there is probably still a Zolah voter who is a Mafia member here. I have been considering him town like, but after a reread he has moved up to being move suspicious.
Danbob is someone who, admittedly, hasn't contributed much to the game. Not that he has been quiet, his posts have been lacking the content they usually have as town. Or as Mafia, come to think of it. He hasn't faked, which is a stunt that he likes to pull as Mafia. But he is lacking the detail he usually has. There is just something different. could be a busy townie, but many players have made mention of finding him suspect. I don't think that goes without reason. He voted for Maddog and Potent, however, so if someone thinks Potent is Mafia (I don't), then this would be some megadistancing.
The above also makes Jaz questionable, but I find his playing style to be very town this game. Although his Maddog voting move is still worth a look. He is the most cleared player at this point in my eyes.
SFA would be one to consider if you find something to the Maddog "reveal". I think this is very well the case. I don't know how many times you guys have played with him as Mafia, but it can be a mindfuck. Not the kind of mindfuck that Viking is, but he does the unexpected and makes the game very confusing. He has also been pretty reserved with his outbursts this game. Could be because of this computer troubles, but when he is Inspector or Mafia he tends to tone it down. That is his tell for me. And the fact he has voted the same as I the last two rounds makes me think he has been trying to stay on my good side because he knows I know him best. He would be just the player to have Maddog, an inexperienced player, try to distance even move from him in a last ditch move. He was on Maddog's ass for "spinning in circles" and hounded him about his posts in the first day. I can't find a post where he says Maddog read town. I found a bunch where he said he was suspicious and spinning etc. This is another player that Zolah called out, saying that maybe she was seeing through his "bullshit" and tying him in with the Maddog reveal.
LD said "I think we got Mafia that is experienced". That sounds like a dog whistle comment to me, or at least the whistle of some other super furry animal. LD also seemed pretty convinced that Maddog was Mafia, and I don't have that quote in front of me but I'm pretty sure I recall SFA saying that he read town on Maddog (something I admittedly did as well). So to me the whack points to SFA with how I'm reading it right now.
I know I'm going to get votes this round with how Maddog and I both moved off of each other. Assuming Maddog was Mafia, that paints a big 'ol target on my back. I hope at least some of you can see that I just thought it made more sense to get information from three revoters instead of one. I don't really have much more to say on it other than that.
Jaz > SFA
After a reread, I have players in this order, with some ties.
1)SFA 2)Pablo 2)Danbob 4)Carini 4)JR 6)Jaz
I would move to save myself, but that frees up someone else in the run-off, who I suspect may be Mafia, to make the decision between me and someone he may well be working with. If one of you thought I was worth saving, you would have with this extension. So I think it is a waste of time to move at this point.

Good luck town! We need a win after the last few games.
It is my son's 24th birthday. I'm sure he is older than some of you are ::GASP::. He will be graduating from nursing school this year. I'm a proud mama bear, and needless to say, will be celebrating with him this evening. I won't be available after 530.
The look on his face when I put this rainbow up in the backyard kind of sums up his general approach to having a weird ass mom like me. "WTF?" I'm just happy to say that he has survived, virtually unscathed.

I'm surprised 1 of the 4 voters who can push someone into this with you aren't doing it.
It's funny. I was thinking through the Maddog death. Tainted ended the round early. Maddog complained when he should have 10 minutes left. With 3 minutes left Tainted said he had time. Maddog may not have been waiting at that point any more. Now we're almost at the end of Day 3 with no sign of a reveal. I don't think it was LD being so chatty or Zolah in Zoloft mode. Was it Maddog? The funny part is that I'm 'cleared' based on Maddog being mafia. By the way, bringing this up if I was mafia would be stupid. But what would really suck is if mafia was able to capitalize on a ref error since day 1.
Back to your post. My confidence is ruined based on this reading townie and the possibility that Maddog really was Inspector. If the Inspector was Carini, as I've been expecting, he probably would have come out by now.
Why would mafia whack the person who went after mad dog the hardest if he was actually the inspector? Misdirection maybe but after mad dogs inspector game in 105 I fail to believe he would be that sloppy in this game. Why would he plan on revealing in the last 10 minutes of the round in the first place???

Welp, guess this means we've whacked at least one mafia and at least one town. Right now I'm leaning towards LLL being the townie but I could be convinced otherwise.

It doesn't mean anything until the ref shows up and confirms it.

Nah, the Day's over and LLL is dead. If the game was over - regardless of outcome - there'd be no reason for silence on the Mafia's part. They'd either claim the win or congratulate the townies.
At of last round we can be pretty damn sure that the Inspector is dead, and the Mafia knows that as well. With the inspector dead, why would you leave SFA alive if he's town? Of the players remaining after lynching LLL - myself, Pablo, Dan, JR, SFA, and Carini - SFA is easily the most dangerous. Three of us already have had suspicion on us (me, Pablo, Dan), so we're useful to keep around. Of the the remaining (Carini/JR/SFA), SFA is easily the most dangerous as a townie. Why would the Mafia whack Carini over SFA or JR? Frankly, Carini's been adding very little and is an easy person to throw suspicion on. JR wouldn't have been a bad choice since most think he's town, which if anything is starting to make me more suspicious of him. Regardless, I don't see SFA being kept alive here if he's a townie. They could be using him as bait and I'm completely falling for it, but he deserves the vote regardless.

How do I deserve a vote?
I'm alive because 5 people have said I'm suspicious. Suspicious for making noise to insure we didn't put our likly inspector in trouble of having to reveal themselves in the first round. ReGard less on if you think LD messed, that was partly what I was trying to accomplish. Not that I knew for sure but it seems he was hinting ay it or being obvious about it really.
I then continued to push for a now known mafia to be voted off.
Since then I've been fine with everyone we've voted off because I think it narrows down our suspects. I would have rather focused on Dan and Pablo last round to gain perspective on Maddawg voters but I was fine with LLL because I've found her suspicious since round 2.
Either way, this is pointless. It's impossible for me to defend myself when the best points I could make to prove I'm innocent have been twisted into some theory that i'm actually mafia. I warned Zolah of this in round 2. This is one step closer to the town losing.
I've warned you guys countless times that one day mafia would use the "SFA is alive late in the game" reasoning to win a late round. Here you go. And it"s pretty transparent that was LLL's angle.

LLL'S angle at the end of last round, to be clear. So I'd say she was the second and not Potent.
As i've been saying. One mafia was a Maddog voter first round. In my mind it's either Dan or Pablo. I guess it could be JR but he seems super townish this game. Like he's not even paying much attention and has no agenda. Certainly not one he's talking over with a mafia crew.

Still think Pablo is the safest of the two.
SFA >>> Dan
If not him than I'm not sure? Jaz before Pablo.
If you think she was Mafia with Danbob, why would she push him up to three when the vote was Dan - 2/LLL - 2/Pablo - 1/Carini - 1? Why not vote for Pablo or Carini?

So you think both mad dog and LLL are mafia but are still voting for me? First off I kept my vote on mad dog all day 1. I was also very critical of him even comparing him to kdogg. Secondly, LLL bumped me up to three votes yesterday when she could have had a runoff. If anything believing LLL is mafia would point to Pablo because she could have bumped me up to three to save her AND Pablo.
I'm also looking at this. This is after Zolah moved her vote but before Pablo moved his. I don't really consider Pablo a "genuine" Potent voter because he only moved after Zolah did, and his vote was of little consequence. I'm still not entirely sure why he moved it. If he had moved it first, I'd be more likely to read town on him, because he'd have been saving a townie (me), not just following a person who saved a townie.
If Potent was Mafia, then I think it's likely we'd have another Mafia out of LLL/SFA/Pablo. The game is still playing, so we know it wasn't LLL. That leaves SFA and Pablo as possible Potent partners.
If Potent was town, things get a little more hairy, because LLL may or may not have been Mafia. If she was, then our third lies within Dan/JR if the Mafia split votes. I find Dan the more likely of the two, which makes SFA's most recent vote a little more reassuring to me. I'm not sold that the Mafia would have split votes here though; Potent tends to draw votes in general so I can see the Mafia working to keep him alive over me.
I think we need to go back to Day 1 to see who was putting who in runoffs, because a lot of the people left alive were Maddog voters. So we need to look at when they voted for Maddog, why, and what consequence it had at the time.

Sfa>>> SFA
Locked.
Lock your votes and see what happens. I'm not wasting my time defending against some stupid bullshit I told you guys would be used against the town back in round two.

You have one vote against you. We're asking you to explain your reasoning in areas where we find holes. This is literally the whole point of playing the game as a townie. This is quite an overreaction to that.

nah, I don't feel like messing with it on my phone. And as I said, it's best not to debate when you'receive on the wrong track.
If you can't tell i'm town from round one I don't know what to tell you anyway
Right now the main question I'm trying to figure out is how many mafia are left (hopefully a reread will help). If there's still two then we have to pick correctly today.

If you think she was Mafia with Danbob, why would she push him up to three when the vote was Dan - 2/LLL - 2/Pablo - 1/Carini - 1? Why not vote for Pablo or Carini?
because at that time her and Danbob were getting most of the heat. Even Zolah said they were her two top suspects before dying.
I'd say it was a split. But maybe it is Pablo. I don't know. I am pretty positive it's one of the two. Unless you are.

Here's the thing with round one: you can all use that as a defense. Dan was the first vote on Maddog in round one and held it there. You were the first vote on Maddog in round two and held it there. Pablo was the first vote on Maddog in round three and held it there. JR was the deciding vote on Maddog in round four. If we're right in assuming Maddog was mafia, then one of you is distancing because I'm not mafia and the other Zolah voters are dead. You've all got a reasonable defense. I'll re-read the thread though because I'm not sold on you. Really don't have a clue at this point tbh.
Lock your votes and see what happens. I'm not wasting my time defending against some stupid bullshit I told you guys would be used against the town back in round two.
Fix this shit. I know you're town. I'm in the middle of a long slow reread. I'll be contributing ASAP.
I can't help but feel like voting out jaz is a mistake. Not saying he's 100% town but all Potent has done this whole day is talk in circles and basically say anything to get him out of the runoff. AND THEN when he has the majority of the votes Zolah saves him. It's not really passing the smell test.
Doing my reread, and this stood out to me, but in Danbob's favor. He defended Potent to a significant degree in Day 1, and here is going after Potent and defending me. He defends me again after the Day ends. I find this significant only because A) I don't think a Mafia would defend a fellow Mafia as hard as Dan did for Potent in Day 1, and B) this is consistent with a townie changing their views after being presented with new information. While this doesn't clear Dan, it makes me lean towards him and Potent not being Mafia together, at the very least.
