Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit - Michael Franti & Spearhead
Shakey Graves - Deer Tick - Lake Street Dive
Anders Osborne - Kimasi Washington
Sister Sparrow & the Dirty Bird - Susto
Antibalas - South Hill Banks
Is Susto getting traction?...enjoyed them twice at hangout last year.
I have never seen them but they are popping up on more lineups and chatter (playing High Water, talk about Newport for 2018 so far). One of my fest group who lives in SC has seen them about 15 times and is always talking them up so I would like to check it out.

I was just trying to find another band that could headline this fest that wasn't Widespread Panic.
Oh yeah, wasn't knocking your mock. Just remembered that last night and adding to the convo. I believe that Phish fest is the first weekend of August about 3 hours away.

Oh ya i know. I was just trying to explain my pain in imagining a band who would work for this demo. I mean, Fleetwood Mac obvs would but they're way too large unless they're blowing their entire budget on them

With Laurelive's lineup...I have a feeling we're gonna get Brandi Carlile since she cancelled/was rained out in 2016. I would also expect that we get Rag 'n' Bone Man, Twiddle, Trombone Shorty, The Record Company. Hoping to avoid Cold War Kids (boring), Foster the People (boring), and Fitz and the Tantrums (boring).
Last year, crossover was THATH, Gary Clark Jr., Franti (tho I don't even count that), St. Paul, The Strumbellas, The Revivalists, and Muddy Magnolias.

With enough good bands, I actually enjoy cold war kids and Foster. I know enough songs to sing along, and they sound good. The problem is that they usually replace interesting bands instead of augmenting then

Any possibility of this lineup dropping tomorrow? Rumors of a big Twiddle announcement at noon tomorrow on the iTwiddle pages (not sure if Mountain Jam would be a BIG announcement or if it is a tour announcement or something like dates for their Tumbledown fest). Early bird sales start Thursday and last year the lineup came out a few days before early birds from what I can tell from the old articles nd we're a month later than last year already.

Assuming it's the same deal as last year, I'm gonna say no. My radio station got the commercial with the lineup on it the day before the lineup dropped. We didn't receive the commercial yet, and as soon as I do, you'll hear about it.

Interesting...after the adverse reaction from old Jammers after the lineup last year (no Warren, etc.) I can't imagine they're going to move a lot more tickets before a lineup drop.
We are awaiting a few more signed contracts to come back from the artists and their teams. That's why we're calling this a "pre-sale" - stay tuned for the official on-sale and lineup in the weeks ahead! We promise the announcement is coming, we just need the green light first. Appreciate your patience!
Looks like it be a few weeks, at least until after the 21st when the presale ends.
I can't believe this isn't out yet. Are they waiting on someone big? They've been saying for a month now on Facebook that they're just waiting for the last contacts to be signed.

I don't know, but I'm desperate for a lineup that isn't riddled with Pop and Rap.
