Something to do with "hell freezing over". You have the ice over Hell, MI...can't quite figure out what the apple or Angelica's doll (Cynthia) from Rugrats has to do with it though.

Regarding the second point, if you look closely, Hell, MI, is never covered by the ice (or the liquid water).

Here's a far-fetched guess: Chic w/ Nile Rogers. "My Forbidden Lover" is a popular Chic song. Nile Rogers produced INXS's "Original Sin". Prior to forming Chic, Nile Rogers was in a band named The Big Apple Band. No idea how to tie in the map, the ice, or the doll.
Edit: Chic has a show in the UK on June 12, so I doubt this is the answer
if you google "original sin" the picture from the hint comes right up.. not sure if that helps.
that's happened before remember. Good indication to focus on the possible search term and not spin a bunch of theories based on snakes or the devil in the tree.
