I still think that, hypothetically, CHIC could play that slot. But yeah this is most likely what’s gonna go down. I really always figured Kaskade would be The Other. He’s in almost the exact spot on the lineup as Marshmello was.
I just wanna know why they still tried advertising it as ‘dance & hip-hop’ when there’s literally zero non-dance acts on here lol.

I'd catch Chic no matter what. Hopefully they'll be playing for a while but always a good idea to catch the older acts while you can.
Next would be Brockhampton, simply because they have so many members that could end up doing solo projects, making future full shows potentially difficult. Or they could tour as Brockhampton for a million years, who knows.
anderson .paak is great but will be around for a million years at every festival.
the bon iver two sets is the trickiest part of this whole thing.
Hope you guys are happy about Bon Iver late night. Now I'm definitely going to have to deal with Brockhampton vs Bon Iver.
Nice little Bon Iver, Brockhampton, Chic conflict incoming with the first set conflicting with Anderson Paak and Pond
I'm now hoping Brockhampton doesn't play late night at all and instead plays that 9:45-10:45 spot (which could still conflict with the first Bon Iver set). Then late night could be Bon Iver, Chic, STS9, Glitch Mob, and Kaskade. Chic vs Bon Iver still sucks though.

Has anyone considered the possibility that acts like .Paak or Sylvan Esso may play LN Which? Or that, like 2015 (initially) and 2016, they'll leave the Which empty one night?
Also, FWIW, it does look like Bon Iver's For Emma show had an entirely different set-up than the rest of his tour has had. Idk if that means anything, but suggests there could potentially be separate set-ups and thus shows on different stages.

I'm thinking Chic will play before Bon Iver on the Which

CHIC vs Bon Iver would piss me off to infinity lol. Also, I think it's more likely Glitch Mob plays the last Other set before Eminem. Last year, they typically had a slightly lower billed Other act play the first late night slot both nights (Snails & Claude).

Given the venues Sylvan Esso has been playing LN Which could work, they just seem like an unlikely choice.
What: Sylvan Esso > Anderson Paak > Eminem Which: CHIC > Bon Iver > Bon Iver (LN) Other: Glitch Mob > What So Not (LN) > Kaskade (LN) This: OCMS > BROCKHAMPTON (LN) That: Rebelution > STS9 (LN)
also could see Rebelution and Chic being switched.
I thought I didn't like this scenario but it actually may work out best for me. Sylvan Esso -> CHIC -> (if I have the energy to walk back again) .Paak -> Bon Iver -> (maybe see part of) Eminem -> Bon Iver -> end of STS9.
If you switch Rebelution and CHIC, which seems a little more likely to me, Syvan Esso -> .Paak -> CHIC -> (again, maybe) Eminem -> Bon Iver -> end of STS9.
I'd be happy either way I'm sure.
Do ya'll think that, if Bon Iver plays those two Which slots, that they'll clear the pit in between? I understand not clearing it between sets like Dead & Co.'s with 30-min gaps. But, if there's a huge break in between, idk.

Don't think CHIC would get LN. And I'm envisioning the Bon Iver sets only having maybe a 30 minute break in between, so probably both LN Which. Wherever they are, I'd rather have them as one big chunk so they aren't conflicting with a top-billed artist (Sylvan Esso, .Paak, etc.) before Em AND LN sets.

TWO late night which sets? That’s a new take lol. That’d basically be a 3 hour block of time AFTER Eminem finishes. I can’t really see that happening.
At this point, so many scenarios have been suggested and I feel like we should just wait it out. We’ve got no way of knowing until they make some kind of announcement. I had said this in a prior post, but I DM’d Roo on twitter to see if they’d drop a hint about the Bon Iver set scheduling, and in their response, they made it seem like there would be an announcement specifically about one or both of the sets. So it’s possible we won’t have to wait until the schedule drops to get a better idea (maybe it could come with the LN announcement? Who knows).

There was no Which Late Night in 2016. Forgot about that.
It’s definitely a possibility that it would happen again this year. At least in the initial schedule. Even 2015 had a night where nobody was scheduled for the Which LN. But after a massive amount of people “added” EW&F on the app/site, they moved them from a tent to the Which.
Only reason I kind of doubt it is because there are so many acts billed for Saturday. If you include Bon Iver as 2 acts, then there’s already 1 more act than last year’s Saturday had with all additions/club stage artists included.

I feel like it would just be a huge oversight to have nobody play LN Which when they could have easily booked Pretty Lights or Odesza in that place. So I'm pretty sure at this point Bon Iver is LN Which. It's actually kind of cool to think Bonnaroo could have put some big EDM artist in that spot but instead got Bon Iver to do another set.
What's not cool is the idea of Brockhampton and Bon Iver conflicting late night. Or the idea of Brockhampton and Anderson .Paak conflicting. So at this point it would be ideal for me if Brockhampton just played in the middle of the day to avoid conflicts. But considering how high they're billed there's a good chance that won't happen.

Yeah I don’t really see a scenario where they don’t conflict with either one of the Bon Iver sets or .Paak, unfortunately. I’m kicking myself for missing brockhampton’s stop in my city for their current tour.
