Haha that's funny that everybody doubted him.
I'm actually pumped for this SJ! The last set I saw the last time I was at Roo was Petty in 2013. Front row in the pit. Now 5 years later I'm going back down with the same exact crew. Love the SJ guests too.

I'll likely be there. A run of Sturgill - Rufus - Muse - Tom Petty SJ is pretty appetizing compared to what I was expecting. Was expecting to have to choose between sturgill and Rufus in a direct conflict, then going to chromeo because of a sucky SJ.
I'm actually really sad that the official schedule isn't coming out today though. I was really excited.
I feel like they might have legit postponed it after seeing everyone practically figure it out lmao. I'm fine with it as long as they don't end up completely reconstructing from what the app said. We may as well have gotten both today.

I like Tom Petty plenty, and hearing Sheryl Crow do the Stevie Nicks part of "Stop Dragging My Heart Around" would be great but this otherwise sounds like one of the most underwhelming Superjam ideas they've had yet.
More underwhelming than "Throwback Superjam" or "A Tribute to Tennessee Superjam"? At least Tom Petty is a consistent theme. He also played Bonnaroo twice so it does make sense to pay tribute.
those ended up being (mostly) really enjoyable though
From Bonnaroo's latest email "Keep an eye out for the full schedule of activities coming this week! (And then the full performance schedule after that!)". So "activities schedule" this week and the "performance schedule" next week?
Kinda off topic, but what are y’all thinking this year is gonna look like attendance wise? Maybe it’s cos I’m paying more attention to other discussion communities this year (FB/Reddit), but it seems like Roo is gaining more traction and hype than the last couple of years.
That, along with the fact that this genuinely seems like it could be the best Roo since 2015, makes me think that attendance will see a decent jump this year.

I'm guessing it stays in the 65k range and that becomes the new standard.
