This is what WeAreBonnaroo responded to me on reddit with "we'll just have to see... i'm working with the booking team to make it so bassnectar, brockhampton and BOTH of bon ivers sets all conflict with one another - just to spite you guys for digging into the app data. im not bitter, YOURE BITTER."
In all seriousness, it'd be extremely fucked if they ended up completely altering the schedule. I'd also feel bad for putting that mock together lol.
I don't think we have to worry too much. In another post they talked about how a schedule leak doesn't affect them as much as say a lineup leak. When the schedule leaked in 2014 it didn't change all that much after it was officially released.
Also the Kalliope Stage isn't starting until 3am or 3:30 this year. So all of the sets will be ending around that time and no sound bleed from the Kalliope.

how old do you think the team member who wrote this is? 15? 16?
/u/WeAreBonnaroo is fucking around - whoever runs their social media this offseason is killin' it

Your mocks have been awesome man - I really have appreciated you doing them so well and so fast.
This may be the best scheduling Roo has ever done. I am legitimately worried about having energy for the Killers after seeing more shows this year than any other by a long shot.

Are you kidding about 2014? That Saturday schedule started out perfect and then was changed 2-3 times and even once more after everyone was at the fest. The damn booklets they passed out at the gates were innacurate and the volunteers passing them out weren't even aware (inforoo was). As good as that Sat ended up being, the leaked schedule was much, much better. You actually made me a little worried by bringing this up. All they'd have to do is make a tweak or two to ruin the Chic through Brockhampton run of glory.

Seeing as how they are so involved on reddit and have seen how overwhelmingly positive the reaction has been, they'd be crazy to switch anything major like the Saturday run. Unless they have to for whatever reason.
I wish i could find the original version. Searching now, but at one point there an unconflicted run of Bobby Womack - Damon Albarn - Cut Copy - James Blake - Jack White - Nick Cave - Darkside... then they randomly turned albarn and bobby into a conflict as well as JB and Cut Copy.

I wish the setlists were still that long. One thing that bothers me now is how only the What pre-headliners get more than an hour (other than headliners and LN Which) even if they're lower on the lineup than other artists that are bigger and have much more material. I wish it wasn't so set in stone. I mean I guess we don't know for certain that's how it will be but I'm basing that on the past couple years.

The initial schedule release was very similar to the leak. But then they changed it a bunch. But Thursday, Friday, and Sunday remained largely the same.

Right, but if they fucked up this saturday in a similar way that they did that saturday I think this entire sched would be viewed differently. The entire festival became better once we saw saturday from Chic on.

Yeah but I'm not worried about that happening. They haven't really been big on schedule changes the last couple of years. The layout they have now is what makes the most sense so there's no real reason to change anything big.

Yeah - The most recent year with significant changes was 2015 (e.g., slayer, EWF, MMJ), but those were pretty much all due to popular demand. Given the reception, I doubt there will be any significant change unless it’s completely necessary.

2019 Shows: 4/30 - Vampire Weekend 6/28 - Father John Misty & Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit 9/6 - Cardi B w/ Teyana Taylor 9/28 - Vulfpeck w/ The Fearless Flyers
Activities schedule is out. They're certainly putting in the effort this year. I'm personally pretty excited for the House of Yes parties from 2-5 each night. And Tonalism. I'll probably try to check out the Little Cinema at some point as well.
I know people joke about the barns and whatnot, but this kind of stuff could be a real selling point for me. It's nice that there's so much going on wherever you go. And since Kalliope is back as well it should make the late night barns less crowded.

Is it really as stacked as Roo suggested? I can’t look over it just yet.

I was initially really excited about Karaoke with T-Pain, but if I'm reading this correctly karaoke that night is from midnight to 9am, and T-Pain will show up for an hour sometime during it all. Would be nice to know when exactly he'd be there. Not risking missing the Superjam.

I mean I honestly don't know what all activities they've had in the past, but to me it seems like a ton.

Didn't the leaked schedule times say he was doing karaoke at 2am or something like that?

I think one representative from Inforoo needs to be present at the "Meet the Bonnaroo Talent Booking Team" event at 3:00 pm Saturday. Naturally, they have it running during Pond and Moses Sumney.

Damn. They really know how to keep us out of their hair.

There's so much shit that I decided I'd rather not read it all.

This could be the only opportunity to directly call out some of the people truly responsible for ruining Bonnaroo lineups. With my luck, I would go there, miss Pond/Moses, and it would be a panel discussion with no Q&A opportunity.
Theres a House of Yes party each night till 6am it lools like, all with different themes.
Walter Productions is throwing the Pineapple Party again in Pod from 1-530am on Thurs, last year Cherub DJ'd and they gave out free champagne all night.
Little Cinema is doing interactive performances of Labryinth and Dark Side of Oz each night from 11-2am. Def gonna hit this up during Eminem.
Lots of yoga and wellness activities. Cartoons in the morning in one of the barns. Looks like more art installations in the grove.
Set times for Tonalism are up, each DJ gets an hour. Comedy everyday from 5-6pm in The Ville. Deep house sets every night from 2-5am in the Garage.
