Most of our group flies southwest and are gonna use miles for the flights, I'm guessing San Diego is the ideal option if we're able to hop on the flights as soon as they drop? I know they don't fly into Palm Springs.

Ontario has been my go to
ONT is good, but in my experience flying into SAN is cheaper/worth less points.
Tame Impala -Vampire Weekend, Janelle Monáe, Young Thug
Rihanna -Halsey, My Bloody Valentine, Grimes
Kanye West -A$AP Rocky, The 1975, FKA Twigs
Was just thinking about these 2 as subs for next year. Would love that. Would prefer Tame as a sub tbh but wouldn't complain if they headlined either. Esp if VW is the sub.
I like them both plenty, but VW or Tame will not headline Coachella IMO
Tame are already headlining smaller fests, I assume they will have a new album before Coachella books them again. They will definitely be headlining material then. VW could really go either way imo. Headlining North stage at Lolla which is usual for Coachella subs

I feel like it would be VW if it’s either of them. Maybe I’m underestimating Tame Impala, but after seeing the xx, and Bonny Bear returning to sub slots after awesome records, it makes me think VW and Tame would as well
I've been casually looking at airbnb for weekend 1 next year, and messaging hosts asking what the correct rate is since none of them have updated their calender's. They've all either ignored my message, or replied with $300+/night rates. ' Welp, a guy just messaged me and said "Hi there!! Honestly, your so far ahead of the game that I haven’t adjusted pricing yet. I’ll honor it for you though."
Sooo I booked it at a ridiculously low rate. Looks like I gotta go now.

I feel like a new Tame record is going to be wayyyyy more popular than the xx's last one. Or a new VW record for that matter. Tame picked up some major mainstream popularity with The Less I Know the Better, as well as already having the psych rock fans. And I feel like Tame just has an appeal right now that a band like the xx doesn't.
I feel like Chance The Rapper, Florence + The Machine and idk fucking Tool?? could headline next year. As much as I love Tame Impala, I don't think they'd headline not even with new material.
