You mean more singing along and cheering? There was plenty of crowd enthusiasm two years ago during RHCP and Radiohead. That edition certainly had some loudmouth idiots, but overall people were much more friendly/civil than what you would find at American festivals of equal size/scope.

I meant a little bit of it all. Like I watch glasto vids and am dumbfounded by how unbelievably hype the crowds are.

Had never given Manchester Orchestra a fair shot bc my roommate always badmouthed them... but I but on Black Mile to the Surface today and I really like it! Friday's already gonna be packed, but are they a strong live act?

They are excellent live. I've seen them several times and I'm looking forward to seeing them again. The new album is fantastic.

I don't think anyone has posted this yet, but according to their playlists they're slowly releasing here are known stage assignments, you can put some pieces together with this.
he/they '12 - Firefly '13 - Firefly, Made In America '14 - Firefly, Made In America '15 - Mountain Jam (Sunday), Firefly, Pitchfork, Made In America '16 - Boston Calling, Firefly, Osheaga, Made In America, Roots Picnic NYC '17 - Boston Calling, Gov Ball, Firefly (Sunday), Pitchfork, Day For Night '18 - Boston Calling, Mountain Jam, Osheaga '19 - Form, Firefly (Sunday) '22 - Boston Calling, Firefly '24 - Solid Sound, Soundside
Saturday Green: John Jacob Magistery > Allan Rayman > Alvvays > De La Soul > Lord Huron > Tyler the Creator
Saturday Island: Ducky > Parker > AC Slater > Tokimonsta > Ookay > A-Trak > San Holo > Alan Walker > Rezz
Sunday River: Alex Lahey > Lauv > The Neighborhood > Dua Lipa > Post Malone > Florence and the Machine
Sunday Green: Cuco > Dermot Kennedy > GoldLink > Jungle > Franz Ferdinand > BROCKHAMPTON
Sunday Island: Julia Govor > Feder > Kölsch > Chris Liebing > Gorgon City > Modeselektor
Based on last year's schedule, those should be all of the acts for River and Green, and we should expect those River/Green acts to conflict as well. Island stage is both (probably) incomplete from this listing and was a bit more varied in terms of time slots last year.
Anyone who knows classhfinder grids/wants to take a shot at guessing how the other stages will fill in, you'd be my hero ❤ (though the schedule drop is close enough that I get it if you don't want to put the energy in)
