Yeah.
I think the most simple way is just to make it shorter. Twelve hours and it would be fine. Six hours or less, we'd just have more proxy action. I think it'd work itself out. But if people are mad that there aren't ten picks a day, idk that there's a reasonable way to legislate that.
You guys are so impatient. Not everyone is able to be on inforoo throughout the day or able to stay up late. And limiting it to 12 hours is too short, bc work and time zones. I get that you’re all antsy bc the game is winding down and you just want to get to voting, but Krisp hasn’t even gone over the 24 hours, and I don’t think more than one maybe two picks total have been skipped bc they took to long, so all these suggestions for ways to reprimand someone who went over isn’t even applicable.

I don't think there's any way to have picks go bam, bam, bam, other than have people that really want to keep the draft rolling, which almost everyone involved is already. So we should probably just be happy that most people here are conscientious. I'm fully on the side of this not being a big deal and something that we agreed to, voted on, and kept.
I disagree that twelve hours is too short, though. People know when their pick is coming up, and there are twenty participants, so people have downtime between picks.
Do I love having arcuse and Maddog pick for me? No. But I also need to sleep and work sometimes. And yet, I have them pick for me so the draft keeps rolling. If it were twelve hours, not much would change, other than maybe more people would either ask for someone to draft for them or the other drafters wouldn't wait as long to pick.
Like I said earlier, there's no way to ensure a pick happens every few minutes, other than a fully-live draft. I still don't think twelve hours is unreasonable.

I'm experiencing backlash to the backlash, if anything. Krisp's not breaking any rules. He's just being annoying. Complaining about it isn't going to make him act any different, so you know, it's whatever. I can use the extra time to polish my lineup a little bit, so idc.

There should definitely be a rewards/punishments next time, based on the response time of participants. It is really frustrating at this point.
Oh, there is. I won't be voting for him because of his lack of consideration for everyone else and I'm not even in on this thing. And I'm sure I'm not the only one.
It's really quite obnoxious how selfish it is, and never an apology, either (though I might have missed one of the many opportunities when one would have been appreciated).
The most annoying part is when people cone to post "oh sorry guys pick in soon" If you're here make a pick. It's not hard.

24h is still fine, people have shit to do outside this forum. Like Katy f.e. this weekend, I mean you can give someone a whole list of who you want to pick but that's not the same thing (+ The names on it can be taken aswell by the time you're or the person picking for you, waiting). The only thing I've a bit of an issue with is that people should know when they're almost on deck or when they're about 20 picks away from theirs.
I'm btw against rewarding/punishing people based on how quick/slow you pick, the punishment is clear: you get skipped after 24h and the draft continues with the risk your pick might be taken by the time you're back online. As said, there are people working, timezones, with not much time in the evening etc. Punishing someone who has to work till 7 but we're waiting already since 3 is kinda stupid to me.
