after 3 years of Inforoo heavily influencing my music taste you would think hambone wouldn't be surprised when i make a decent pick
I thought you were going to pick Virtual Self
haha jk
hahahahha thats a pretty good one
i honestly still am a fan of Porter, but i've talked up much more "non inforoo friendly" acts on here. I remember the rants i used to go on when you guys would trash twenty one pilots....
Once an act has been drafted, the rights to a member of that act are available via trade. If the traded individual is part of another act then that act would still need to be selected. (If the traded individual is being billed as a solo artist then no further action is needed.)
Twelve in favor are required.
The OP will be updated to reflect participant voting.
Edit: if any albums are played in full do I have to announce now?
Edit: if I drafted Wu can I have GZA playing liquid swords?
I don't think so. You're just limited to two such things total.
Yes. Again, it would have to be one of two special sets. (Btw, I saw GZA do Liquid Swords once. I was like right in front of him and I hadn't listened to it in awhile so I didn't know the words great and I got the feeling he didn't like me. )

walaka actually the OP states it needs to be justified, an example being an anniversary of some kind, like Fred's Coldplay 10th anniversary for Viva La Vida. Liquid Swords came out in 1995.
I know she isn't next, but Vieux asked me to make her next pick for her. I don't know if she ever posted about it in the thread.
I messaged her on the facebook to see if she was going to come in and make the pick or if she wanted me to go ahead with it. I doubt she's up yet though.

There has been a motion requested to limit the number of "spinoff" acts from a draft selection to two. That is, if you select an act then you can only use it ensure two side projects, solo sets, etc.

Sorry for the bit of a delay everyone, I’m trying to work out a trade and I didn’t think this round would be so quick.

What do we think of amending this to two spinoff acts per lineup? It ensures a little more fairness and keeps the draft from being focused on drafting supergroups and whatnot.

It's too late to make a change like this. We know at least one person, maybe more, have already made selections with the intention of seeding their lineup. These selections were perfectly within the rules of the game. To make a change now is unfair.
