Just to clarify, he can take Blur but he just has to wait for FA or use a pick right? Don't see any reason Blur would be off the table completely.

Their other members can still technically be drafted, not that they will. You're the only one that can take them but you can still be blocked from them.
As has been repeatedly discussed in the last several pages, someone else can block you if they draft a member of Blur in a different project before you draft Blur.

No other members are active. The only one other than Damon in another project is Graham Coxon and he hasn't done an eligible show since 2014.

You're probably right, I haven't actually done any research about this. I just think we should avoid FA till the end since some people (Krisp) are stuggling to understand the rules.
