Proposal 5 (If a participant has exclusive rights to an act due to a prior selection, those exclusive rights disappear in free agency and the act is available for any participant) failed. Two "for" and nine "against."
Proposal Six (increasing free agents) is currently at ten "for" and one "against."

I get what you mean, though, by the end of the first round. There will already 500 acts/bands been drafted (not including the acts that come with it as Free draft). In those 500, I don't think there will be that many 'big' acts left, though there will always be a few.

Yeah. I think Ill use my UDFA to fill out a schedule and stop when I feel like Ive created a realistic festival day.

I mean, last year multiple people added Evlis Costello in free agency, including myself and the winning lineup, iirc. There are going to be plenty of acts left over. It's more a question of how realistic people want to be and whether that will be reflected in the voting.
