AM looks like a lock for sunday which means they’ll headline opp Bino. 🙃
Edit: they could just as easily be on saturday though. It would be super easy for their equipment rig to unload the Houston gig and drive up 35 for a few hours in the early morning to arrive in Austin in time to set up.

Im thinking Eminem, Arcade Fire, and Jack are all out b/c of their recent Austin shows. Plus, doesn't anyone else think its way too early for The Weekend and Florence to headline again. They both headlined 3 years ago. Im hoping we get one big unexpected act(like Jay-Z last year) like Pearl Jam or Beyonce.
Aside from the different bands is there much difference between Weekend 1 and Weekend 2 with ACL? Never been before but thinking of making the trip this year.

Layout and schedule wise nothing really changes. Weekend 1 sells out so weekend 2 may be less crowded to a small degree.
Weekend 2 tends also to be "dustier" after the wonderful grass get trampled to a pulp.

From my experience, and from past setlists, weekend 2 is better.
Art-pop icon David Byrne, synth duo Sylvan Esso, teen sensation Khalid and Puerto Rican rapper Residente will all play the fest this year. Also on the bill are mope-core lifers the National, Scottish pop pixies Chvrches, U.K. dance scene standouts Jungle, Prince’s backing band the Revolution, Trampled by Turtles and Houndmouth.

Based on everything I've read and know this is basically what I'd say except I'd probably cut Florence from the guess

That gives me some hope that Yeah Yeah Yeahs play. They need to do an aftershow since they said they would try to come to Austin after SOS was cancelled.
