Damn it weekend one looks so much better with the deftones Greta and shame. Why can I only do weekend 2. What exclusives do they have I should be excited for?
Rhye and Moses Sumney are good. I've never listened to Thunderpussy but that's Brittany Howard's band. you'd probably like Arkells

2019 Shows: 4/30 - Vampire Weekend 6/28 - Father John Misty & Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit 9/6 - Cardi B w/ Teyana Taylor 9/28 - Vulfpeck w/ The Fearless Flyers
See y’all weekend 1! All kinds of excited - favorite lineup since my first ACL in 2013. Weekend 2 may actually be the first to sell out this eat with UT-OU being weekend 1 this year.

I’m assuming there is no way to see the top 4? Arctic vs Gambino?
Seems likely based on tour dates that they both play Sunday. Does ACL have opposed headliners of that magnitude? I'm not really familiar with this festival

opposing HL's, last year they had Jay/The xx, RHCP/Chance, Killers/Gorillaz with the firsts playing the "main" stage, but theres not a huge difference in size between the two.

Yes, 2 ‘headliners’ oppose one another each night.

I promised I wouldn’t do anymore fests for the rest of the year after I booked Osheaga but I may go back on that. Even though I will have seen every headliner in the past 3 years
never seen Paul, been a long time since I've seen Metallica, seen Gambino, the Rapper, but would like to see the new stuff without paying arena prices, so I'm definitely set on that. Don't care too much about AM so ideally they're during one of those, Travis and the National are perfect opposite level headliners. I expect Odesza, Justice, and Churches to take the middle stage pre headlining.
is there a general preference between weekend one and two? if my sister is still in texas in the fall, i'd make the trip for this.
I would prefer weekend 1, but every time I buy weekend 1 something happens, so weekend 2 it is. I love that they have layaway now. Hate that they added fees.

exclusives are listed in the op now, I've preferred Wk2 due to crowds and setlists. The OU-UT game being Wk1 may change the crowd dynamic a little bit though.

Lineup-wise weekend one is definitely the stronger to me. You miss out on Moses Sumney, Lily Allen, and Rhye, but you get Sharon Van Etten, Shame, Deftones, Khruangbin, Phil Cook
