hah the joke was on me more than anyone, i had to turn down guest passes to Saturday because i couldn't snag childcare, but was told at the time they'd be adding a Sunday show, which i was planning on. had a hotel booked and everything.

Darn, guess they wanted to make it a special one. They could've easily sold out two nights. My fiancée went last-second and loved it.

i have no idea how they think they're going to sell that one, going to be cannibalized by metallica and people not wanting to schlep to metlife twice in a week or so and their show in 2021 had tickets going for 20 bucks

Yeah, plus it’s on a Tuesday. Taking a bus back Port Authority then Brooklyn with work the next day sounds brutal. But I’ll wait to see how StubHub looks closer to the date.
Cigarettes After Sex are weirdly and unexpectedly massive. They will sell out every date on this tour. I had no idea who they were until my girlfriend asked me to get her tickets a few years ago to their show at the Wiltern, and it was sold out with resale prices in the hundreds of dollars.

Weren't they one of the opening acts for that two day fest The National did at Forest Hills back in 2018? Didn't realize they'd blown up in popularity that much since then. I honestly thought 2018 was their peak in popularity lol

Bowery Presents still sending me emails about how tomorrow night's Jack White show (for which I wasn't given the chance to purchase a ticket) is a phone-free experience. THANKS FOR RUBBING SALT IN THAT WOUND.

Not sure this helps but SH is down to like $169 so plus fees, probably comes out to $210. That's not too much higher than Barclays GA's (and also why I justified getting one on AXS and paying around that amount.
EDIT: Jack White 1 ticket is down to $152 (inclusive of fees) which is only like $30 more than it was faced at.

Called it. That also means that the seller is losing money, because StubHub takes 15% on the pre-fee amount from the seller.
