After the forest hills show which was a blast, and seeing them 4 times in the last 2 years, I said I wouldn’t buy any more tickets until there was new music. And now I’m already convincing myself to go again because why not.
Not gonna commit to any one LCD date right now but I'll probably go to the city again in November or December and will do one if it lines up. These haven't been selling out right away I can't imagine
Certain dates'll sell quickly - the Saturday nights, opening and closing nights of the run, that sort of thing. Others, you're right, you'll probably be able to wait, especially T5, since a) it's a bigger-capacity venue than BK Steel, and b) I'm guessing folks might have it last on their list of preferred spots/dates.
I mean this in the least snobby way possible but I imagine the T5 nights are mostly for the out-of-towners/B&T people.

Reason why I will be skipping this one. I'm good after Forest Hills already this year, I need to rest on them a little. Plus I just got back from Vegas, and am going back in December, and it's not cheap, lol.

It’s long and thin so if you get stuck in the back you’re pretty far away from the band. I’ve been able to maneuver in the past but LCD may be a different story.

That wall by the soundboard cuts off a SIGNIFICANT sightline. Can't imagine watching a show from behind it.

I thought sight lines at Hot Chip were decent and I was towards the back.
Sleater Kinney at Brooklyn Steel March 13th & 14th. Racket NYC March 16th. Anyone been to Racket yet?
I went to see the Hives there a few months ago. Open floor (no tables) with upstairs balcony, both levels have bars. Venue holds around 650 people. While you can see the band fine on the balcony, some of whatever backdrop they use may be cut off by the lighting beam spanning the length of the venue, gives a bit of a box effect for the stage from the balcony.

Mitski added two additional nights at Beacon. Surprised she isn't playing arenas given the demand for these shows.
and one more night at Kings.
My GF spent all morning attempting to get tickets. Zero luck. It'll be my turn to try on Friday, but not optimistic. According to her reddit, there's a shitton of resellers already for enormous prices. We're both a little shocked.

No idea. I only watch the ones my GF texts me, mostly babies and cats.

Not shocking, her Radio City shows easily went clean. There will be some reselling but these are all underplays.
Never got mine either. Registered my partner 5 minutes after the presale started and they give you a code immediately so maybe try that if you have access to someone with a phone that hasn’t registered.
