Vikings WR Adam Thielen (who i happen to have on my fantasy team) tonight became the first player to catch over 100 yards in the first 8 games of the season. The last and only WR to win Offensive Player of the Year Award was obviously Jerry Rice in '87 & '93. Should Thielen win it this year?

I have him on fantasy too. Glad I took him earlier than projected.
I am actually going to have access to ESPN this week, and I get this for Monday Night Football. The world is against me.
Do you have regular access to the internet? Are you morally ambiguous when it comes to streaming the NFL? A quick google search of "Reddit Stream NFL" will result in the subreddit, NFL streams. Here, you will find threads with live HD streaming, typically via a UK site that involves cancelling out of 1 or 2 adds. I purchased the ticket for several seasons, no mas.
In a totally not shocking move, the Browns have fired HC Hue Jackson and OC Todd Haley.
I mean, why now (For Jackson, Haley should have been gone for ever ago)? But oh well.
I think that it's about expectations. For the two previous seasons, everyone expected them to be awful, and they were. It was probably put on the talent on the team being subpar and not on Jackson. After they actually won a couple games this year, people started to believe the talent may actually be there and it was the coach's fault. I saw an article yesterday where it was noted that the only head coach with a worse overall win percentage than Jackson was a guy way back in the day who didn't get fired solely because he also owned the team.

Yeah, I totally agree. I think Hue Jackson is one of those good guy players' coaches that just does not survive in this NFL anymore.
You guys see the Cardinals play like an actual NFL team yesterday?
Pump the brakes. It was against a Garoppolo-less 49ers.
The same team that the Cardinals has to heavily rely on their defense with when McCoy was the OC. DJ and Fitz went over 100yds compared to 55-35 last time and Rosen threw for 252 compared to 170. Still average numbers but a significant improvement.
I, for one, am very glad he never panned out. The Saints already have to compete with Matt Ryan and Cam Newton for the division. If Jameis "Eating W's" Winston was a stud, that's just another team we have to be better than each season. I say all that but our only loss this season is to Fitzpatrick haha so who knows..

I was stumped between him or Diggs in my draft. Diggs is pretty good too but this Thielen season is ridiculous.
totally changed the whole game. loss because of two bad turnovers so it is what it is. pretty happy about keeping brees contained for the most part.
if i recall we're gonna be the NFC rep in the super bowl then
I would have preferred 30-13. I got home a few minutes into the third. Stats don’t show much in our favor outside of us running for over 100. We were apparently pretty dismal the last few years in games where we had under 60 plays. We didn’t have a lot of first downs, a lot of plays, a lot of yardage or much of a passing attack. Those are things we need to be successful. Obviously the Vikings D did what it needed to do in order to limit our chances for big play success. We are still going to score a bunch of points so in limiting us to only 8 drives, y’all just needed to score. Certainly the fumble Lattimore recovered stopped a drive in scoring position. So against teams like us that you generally have to score a lot of points to beat, those possessions when you get into scoring position matter as well. So give credit to y’all’s defense for a lot of success against us. I think both of the Vikings' turnovers were big in our favor though
