Didn't they say they might do something on a smaller scale in the fall or am I thinking of something else? Don't think they would tease the pilton party like this since it isn't open to the public.
yeah theyre doing a smaller scale event cause they got the permit for it. And smaller scale to them is doing this on top of whatever happens in Sept

I have to keep reminding myself that I have tickets to this festival. +2.5 years from deposit to actual concert has to be an all time record. I keep thinking that something is going to mess up with my deposit and I'm never going to get there. When it actually happens, its going to be quite the party.....It doesn't even matter who's on the lineup.
Odd to be thinking about this so far in advance, but Robyn was just announced for Way Out West 2022; seems pretty likely she'll be at least invited back.

It's a slow day in the office for me so I've been having this on while I work. Some creative productions so far (Coldplay's LED grass was a cool thing that wouldn't be possible at a regular concert), but my favorite has been this sparse, stripped back Damon Albarn performance with a string section under a lantern moon. It's like walking into a psychedelic day spa.
Theyre offering refunds for anyone who got screwed on the technical issues for the first showing and give you a week to re watch also. Sucks for so many who paid and got screwed at the beginning. Hopefully not too many people ask for refunds. I saw the dumbass baby radiohead fans screaming for a free link before it even started and they got their wish at least. And dont understand that trying to help a few charities and a festival itself is not cool.
A good idea of who’s going to be in Europe in June next year. Everyone say a prayer for me that Perfume ends up playing Glasto too.
A few other fests that are closer date wise will be announcing line ups in the next month or so. Mad Cool ( 10 days after glasto ) is announcing in July for example. Im sure there will be some tour dates to go with lots of these artist bookings and its gonna get exciting.

Not in England. People are excited about it but like I said, he mightve been booked so far in advance that they didnt want to change it unless there is a giant backlash against this.
Yeah i saw that. There is no reason to have that gap and I imagine the Eavis’ will have to address this cause unless he adds another date to remove himself from contention its gonna be too big to ignore. Emily Eavis will keep getting asked and there will need to be an answer. And I dont think it would have to be the legend slot anyway. Who says they cant just do a double legend and he plays saturday afternoon and Diana keeps her booking. Imagine having Elton and McCartney on one day would be ridiculous. They gotta have some tricks up their sleeves.
