Billie's got to be the youngest headliner in the history of the fest Good for her
2 of the 3 members of Ash were younger than she will be when they stepped in at the last minute to headline in 1997, but Billie the youngest solo artist for sure!
Now I've been to a couple of gigs, and more to come, this all seems real again.... so sorry about your wonderful festival Bonnaroovians. But good times are still ahead of us.
Seems like the headliners are Macca, Billie, Kendrick.
Had a dig for some rumours and it seems like a main bulk of the lineup will be
Billie Eilish, Kendrick Lamar, Paul McCartney, Diana Ross, Aerosmith, Lorde, Dua Lipa, Queens of The Stone Age, Pet Shop Boys, HAIM, AJ Tracey, Noel Gallagher.
Very strong. I don’t know how Glastonbury do it as a U.S fest would get only half of that!

Diana Ross and Paul McCartney are both in their seventies. They’ve been making music since the sixties when Diana Ross was with the girl group The Supremes and Paul McCartney was with the band The Beatles. When Diana Ross left the Supremes back in the seventies and she started working on her solo albums and the Beatles broke up back in 1970 and started working on their solo albums.

So is she for sure replacing Taylor and not Kendrick?
At this point, yes. Regardless of potential disappointment, they traded female act for female act. Dont think they were just gonna get Muse or something that would please the audience. The fest is trying to firmly stand in a 50/50 split and that goes all the way to the top.
I would have rather had TSwift but its not a big drop and they were definitely going to replace TSwift with another female act. Some of the other names floating around are pretty strong, so looking like it will be a great year. It would also not surprise me to see a bigger act or 2 show up lower in the poster given the circumstances.
I mean, we all know how I feel about Taylor, so this is a big upgrade.
Not that it matters at this point Bc there’s no way people flake out on their tickets after such a long wait. But on the off chance I get tickets in the resale (if there even is one) I’m happy to see Taylor replaced.
I do think that there will be a resale in the spring and I think there will be more tickets available than normal. A lot can change in 2 years. For example, we have one person in our party that has dropped out. I wish that I could reassign that ticket but know that it will just drop back into the pool for the resale.
On the other hand, I also think there will be a lot more people trying in the resale than typical.

I think some people are gonna return their tickets, Especially with the price increase thats coming. And having announced a balance payment window does indicate theyre gonna do it.
