It will be fine. People will be able to secure north camping when they purchase
if you can buy north camping and show up on friday morning and still get north camping space, that would be some really really good stuff
I don't think this is the case. They have to cut off the access bridge (Leipsic Rd) to get over there. I think that would be too messy to have campers driving over the same road people are walking over to the festival on. They keep one lane for security and others to drive over as it is, kind of dangerous to fit anything else. Right?

Not really my area, but JJ is probably right. Friday the fest will be in full swing and most likely, all of the north area will have to be checked in during all day Thur and until very early Friday morning, so they can close the bridge. Thurs the real concentration is on getting just about all campers checked in. Then everyone can enjoy music starting Friday

Who are we thinking in terms of female headliners? I'm only bringing this up because most of the mocks don't have one and I know some people will be butthurt about the lack of one.
Cardi B, Florence, and Lana are the only ones that seem feasible for the type of festival and corresponding crowds of Firefly's brand.
I honestly wouldn't mind if they book Posty as a headliner and then have say Vampire Weekend or somebody play opposite him on the Backyard. They need to drop unopposed headliners this year.

I can only go Sunday this year (damn weddings) so selfishly I'm hoping this isn't the year they put it all together.
Fleetwood Mac • Mumford & Sons • Post Malone
That's it. 3 headliners for 3 days, three huge draws in their own right, and perfectly Firefly. You get the huge legacy act, that is a bit weakened by missing a key member and coming off a nationwide tour (making them attainable). You get the reliable repeat. And you get the cheese youth draw. Fleetwood is unopposed, Mumf and Post Malone get a DJ/Mid tier rock act opposing. Plus plenty of room for a deep undercard.

Hoping this becomes half Panorma/half Ticket Sellers like I thought it would after 2015. This was a pretty fun fest that year but the lineup and price increases have kept me away since.
Maybe they've become cheaper now that Buckingham is out.
He said that in reference to booking them this year, so same price.
Hmm, that's a surprise. It's not stopping festivals such as Pinkpop in The Netherlands of booking Fleetwood Mac, so arguably other festivals could grab them too. Though I doubt Firefly will.
