I remember it being very expensive. It's all you can drink/all you can eat, but I remember thinking there's no way I would consume enough booze/food to justify the cost. Additionally, the viewing areas are not great (you can get much closer to the stages just being GA). So no, I don't think VIP at Lolla is worth it.
Got right in to get tickets. No interest in a 4-day pass but that shows how much the demand has dropped. Rightfully so. $400 after fees for a 4-day too. Nooooo thanks.
Is it safe to assume the entrance and exit is going to be at michigan and congress parkway? There is hotel right across the street from there that I am thinking about booking a room in. There are nicer hotels for the same cost, but are down Michigan on 8th street.

Yes, that's the entrance and exit.
All the hotels in that four block stretch between Congress and 8th are pretty nice. 8th isn't that far off anyway.
