Was that Greta Van Fleet on the bumper music for game seven? These kids are exploding. I heard them on another enormous commersh the other day. Roo could do much worse with it's number eight spot, I suppose. I'm surprised the Brewers got this to seven. They improved very quickly. Have they done it via farm mainly or trade?
Almost app their players were cast offs from other teams. Instead of one major signing they got a lot of solid guys through FA/trade that just exceeded expectations. Cain was probably the biggest get, but Aguilar was cut by the Cubs(?) and then became an all-star, Marlin's I'm pretty sure traded them Yelich and they won that by a landslide. Off the top of my head idk if Hader was farmed or what, but he was basically unhittable all year. Counsil is a good coach too, they're probably not as good without him.
If they can get another good arm this off-season they can probably be back, but between the cards the Cubs and their market theyll have a tough time getting to the NLCS again
