Relating Judy's first boyfriend story to someone at work reinforced how funny that entire scene was. I repeatedly had to stop the story to interject "Wait. That's not the bad part". Someone needs to post it on YouTube asap.

It's so insane that the whole time she doesn't even register how terrible it is and how they were not "boyfriends and girlfriends" like she thought. You can tell Eli has had to clean up her messes a lot as an adult (like when he bailed her out).

Sorry to anyone who thought this post might be about new season news.
Anyway, I don't know how often it comes on, but I've seen it every week during Survivor. There's this commercial for The Unicorn on CBS which stars Walton Goggins. He plays a widower who is getting encouraged to get back out in the dating world. His character is good guy middle aged dad. In the commercial, there are two ladies in their twenties who are friends. CBS is interviewing them about their mutual love for the show and how they have a standing appointment to watch it together every week. They make tacos. It's wholesome. What they don't know is Walton Goggins is there to surprise them and watch that weeks episode with them. They're in the middle of speaking when he comes out from behind a curtain and introduces himself as Walton and settles in to watch. Every time, I laugh because I am imagine him coming out and dropping some Uncle Baby Billy. "Now who wants to suck an old man's dick?!?!"

This new vinyl release of the Righteous Gemstones soundtrack by Waxword Records looks amazing. Had to buy it.
The Righteous Gemstones soundtrack album features 180 gram 2xLP White and Gold colored vinyl, deluxe packaging, a bonus 7" EP featuring both versions of "Misbehavin'" (1960's and 1989), new artwork by Sara Deck, a Baby Billy "Gemstone Prayer Center / Locust Grove" worship program, a "Keep The Gemstones Out of Locust Grove!" flyer, and a bonus "WE DID IT!" Goon Squad coin!

Fuck, that's beautiful. Fust finished rewatching this the other day! Need to look into pricing, but that'd make a great Christmas gift for my friend
edit: never mind lol, doesn't ship til February. But 40 bucks is a pretty good price!
Yeah, I'm such a sucker that I would have probably paid the $40 just for the LP. But throwing in the 7" 45 of the two "Misbehavin" versions as well as various artwork AND this "WE DID IT" coin? that's a great, great deal.

It's just so perfect in the moment. Like...he thinks that's a totally fine excuse to shut his wife up. Even after he pulls out a gun and runs up to the flipped van.
Eric Andre as another megachurch preacher is gonna be amazing
Love it, makes me happy to see that guy turning into a legit comedy star. Of course he's way smarter and more chill than his show would lead me to think lol. Plus he was the only one with the balls to investigate 311.
I'm most stoked about Schwartzman. Loved him in Fargo s4 and almost everything he's ever been in.
100%. Really just excited to see so much great talent being brought into the Danny McBride/Jody Hill comedy troupe. Like when they first got Goggins for Vice Principals.
I'm sure 90% of Gemstones fans have already seen Vice Principals but if you haven't get on that.

Looks like the backtracked on the gold coin part of the package. Can't find any mention of it on their site. I just got the album myself but am only opening it now.

Rewatching Vice Principals. It still kills me.
Walton Goggins complaining about being roasted by his Korean mother in-law saying "She told me I eat pubic hair with pepper paste. That's one of the meanest things you can say in Korean" just destroys me. There's so many lines in this show that hit a certain way. I love rewatching the Danny McBride/David gordon Green HBO series's
In the scene below when Russel finally just hip-checks her into the dry cleaning it's so perfect. I love the rivalry between these two.
