That's what I was hoping for. I know MC Taylor is a big fan and he has a break in his touring schedule, maybe he'll be involved?
Orville Peck is sliding into the Purple Mountains slot, not sure why it hasn't been announced yet.
So he'll be playing both City Plaza and Pour House? Is this based on anything other than that Groupon thing? (not that that isn't a good source/justification)

No, I think he is only playing on the main stage now. I don't know what they are doing with his slot at PH, maybe finalizing that replacement before announcing? This is based on other info...this was finalized last week and I thought it would have been announced already.

Dang well that makes things sort of interesting... Was really hoping to see him at the Pour House, planned on just camping out there all night. I'm sure whatever winds up there will be solid.
Thursday is in in the cone, for sure. Hoping it swings a bit more into the Atlantic but I'm trying to be optimistic.
Keeping optimistic too, hopefully it weakens over Bahamas and doesn't crawl the coast too much. Will almost 100% be wet, but these storms have gotten so unpredictable we won't know what's happening until right before it happens.

Still holding hope but I'm setting myself up for a two day festival. Thursday seems like it's done in my head.
Even if it's offshore the wind damage alone for a Category 1 would be enough to knock power out. Add the outdoor show and bands having to travel, I'm thinking it's a literal wash out.
Thursday is my favorite day but I'd be damned if I'm driving two and a half hours through the outer bands of a hurricane to see.

Category 5 with 185 mph sustained wind/ 220 mph gusts. If I remember right it's like second or third most threatening in the Atlantic since the started keeping up with that stuff.

Yea it's a bad one for sure. We still are uncertain until it hits/doesn't hit Florida. Definitely prepared for the worst though.

In all fairness, I packed my bag today just in case everything changes. I figure if it does, I'm ready. If not, I'm ready for Riot Fest the next weekend. It's a win/win either way.

Kind of feels like the Plaza/Red Hat shows at 50/50 for Thursday but everything else will hopefully be ok. Kind of sucks since Thursday Plaza is an awesome lineup.

Looks like the schedule has some changes. I can now see both Sunwatchers and Bambara on Thursday. With the Stereogum day party, I can catch a bit of Illumanti Hotties and Charly Bliss. This is a great scenario.

Just looked at the FB Event page for the Stereogum party. It has free tickets on it and says to RSVP. Not sure if there is a limited amount available or if you definitely need them though.
Edit: Got tickets in my e-mail with a QR code, so seems like you'll need them.

I should have brought that up, I'm sorry. That AdHoc show is the same way, too.
