ahhh my brother's girlfriend is graduating high school the day of the bbq! a few other people I know are also ahhh.
I wonder if it would be terribly rude of me to skip out on it? I would much rather be hanging out with all my inforoo friends eating awesome bbq

I'll be making the trip from Columbia. This will be my first bonnaroo.. I've wanted to go for years now but never had the money before. This year I decided to start saving early. YAY!!
We are having a pre-roo BBQ at our house May 23 - All Mississippi. Louisiana and Alabama folks are invited. bring a tent or air mattress - there's room for all. It would be a great way for you to meet some Inforoo people before Bonnaroo

Well, I will still be at the BBQ, but unfortunately I will have to leave and head off to work later in the day. It would be difficult to get them to give me off a Saturday only two weeks before I leave to goto Waka and Roo. Also being a Saturday, I could use the extra income as I am sure I will be scrapping every last penny for gas by that time

Its not all set in stone and im still trying to see how its actually going to play out, but for now that's what I think will happen. Now off to Wally world to buy a new cooler, old one is too clunky for my needs and doesn't insulate near as well as it used to.

this - we drove down the Trace Saturday and had a picnic - it was nice and relaxing. Would have been even more so if we had not had the 4 year old with us BUT she can make things fun in her own way

Glad to know that those cars are everywhere. Up here, it always amazed me that you would see people who have spent way more on their cars and trucks than the structure where they live.
There are times that someone has the "matchbox" car tires look that brings back childhood.
However, most of the time I think that they look just plain goofy, but then again, I've modified my truck for rock crawling, so to each their own.
