this is the 2nd time we've traded one of our top 5 guys to seattle for pretty much nothing good, the guy we sold the farm for is going to hold out for qb money, and all the teams on the same talent level as us, blow us out of the water in coaching. if we can flip some of these assets for Gordon that would pretty much be the only thing that could save this FO, but he'll also probably hold out given how we've handled everything.

Making the playoffs in the NFL is so much different than other leagues due to it only being 1 game per round. Anything can happen once you’re in. To suggest it would be smart for the Texans to blow everything up when they have an easy shot at the playoffs, where anything can happen, is ridiculous.
And btw I dont consider the Texans incompetent anyways. They've won this division 50% of the decade, made it to the divisional round 3-4 times, have their franchise QB, etc...

Yeah and the first 8 years we were absolute garbage. And 2 of the last 8 we averaged 3 wins.
